SENZA PAROLE

On the main deck, there is a large and bright salon area with an open kitchen, equipped with a large refrigerator (110 litres), icemaker, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The saloon stairs lead to the lower deck, where the entire width of the hull extends the master cabin with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space for wardrobe. At the stern of the yacht, there is a VIP cabin also with a king-size bed and an ensuite cabin, and the third cabin is equipped with two all single beds that have a bathroom in the corridor of the deck. In passage towards the cabins is also washing machine. Senza Parole also offers two outdoor dining areas, on the aft of the main deck and on the cosy flybridge which is also equipped with a wet bar, BBQ, fridge and large bimini top. The yacht is chartered as a bareboat, but if you do not have a certificte Skipper B (up to 30 BRT) + a radio license, then the skipper has to be booked.         

 

 

 

LE CHIFFRE

The yacht features 4 comfortable guest cabins; 1 en-suite master cabin with queen-size bed, 1 en-suite VIP cabin with queen-size bed, 2 guest cabins with single beds and bunk beds that share one bathroom. Below the stern is also 1 skipper cabin with 2 beds and a bathroom. The main deck contain a breathtaking salon with a cosy couch area, a galley equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, icemaker a bar, dinette, and a huge seating area at the stern with a fixed table. The flybridge offers a wet bar, fridge and BBQ,  and it is certainly the best place to enjoy sunbathing, leisurely dining and socializing with a glass of wine with a breathtaking view of the beautiful scenery that will surround you during your stay in Croatia. For entertainment, LE Chiffre is equipped with SAT-TV, LCD-TV in the lounge, HiFi system in all cabins, Dolby Surround System in the lounge, sound system in the cockpit, iPad docking station and WiFi Internet. The yacht is chartered as a bareboat, but if you do not have certificates Yachtmaster A (over 30 BRT) + Radio license and Skipper B (up to 30 BRT) + Radio license, then skipper has to be booked.

 

 

Villa Horizon 1

This magnificent sea-front villa with private pool is located in a peaceful and warm typical Mediterranean town in central Dalmatia, called Rogoznica. Perfectly situated between the Krka National Park and the National Park Kornati, the old towns of Sibenik, Skradin, Trogir and Split – all popular tourist destinations you don’t want to miss. With over 50 km long coastline, pebble, rocky, spacious and small secluded, intimate beaches, Rogoznica is the place if you are looking for a quiet getaway, but also want to enjoy the town’s famous numerous entertaining and cultural programs, local delicacies like Dalmatian fish, crab and shellfish specialties, excellent Croatian and Dalmatian wines, homemade olive oil and cheese and prosciutto. It’s a small town, but it features all the facilities that are expected from big tourist destinations. Ideal for lovers of rich history, culture, and nature, there is a Milina cave and a nearby lake that is connected to the sea offering a special experience. As if all this wasn’t enough, Rogoznica is known as one of the most beautiful and safest ports in the Adriatic.

Villa Horizon 1 is just as magnificent as its location. Luxurious, modern, offering a relaxing and authentic Mediterranean experience, accommodating up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms. Only a few steps from the beach, with a hydromassage heated outdoor infinity pool, gym, and sauna, the villa offers all the amenities for a modern and luxurious stay. Only 20 m from the sea, 350m from the pebble beach Zecevo, and 2 km from the center of Rogoznica.

The villa spreads over 1860 m2 of property and 400m2 of the residential area, and consists of a basement, first and second floor connected by an internal staircase. The basement is reserved as a relaxation, spa, and activity area containing a sauna, a fully equipped gym, table football and billiards.

Both the indoors and outdoors are supremely designed. The balconies and terrace offer beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding area. You can fully relax by the pool on the deck chairs, or enjoy a hydromassage-heated infinity pool with a waterfall and seawater. There is also an outdoor shower, an outdoor covered dining table for 10 people, and a barbecue, so you can prepare your favorite dishes while relaxing in good company.

As you enter the ground floor from the front terrace, you will see a modern, spacious living area with a comfortable corner sofa, satellite LCD TV, and a fireplace. There is a fully equipped SieMatic kitchen, with a kitchen island and bar stools, and a dining table for 10 people. This floor also has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, private access to the heated pool and this is actually a disability access bedroom. Additionally, there is also a laundry, cloakroom, and a separate toilet on the ground floor.

On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The other 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. What you’ll love about this villa is the fact that all bedrooms are oriented towards the sea, on both the ground and first floor.

Villa Tara

The town of Primosten is an old fishing and wine-producing place, which gradually developed into a major tourist center. Various entertainment events are held almost daily in the main square during the summertime. The old town of Primosten, located on a hilly peninsula and surrounded by seven small islets, is a true example of a small Mediterranean town. The town of Primosten was even awarded for unique landscaping and urban planning. Villa Tara is located 15 minutes walking distance from the city center, 20 m from the sea, and 500m from the beach. The villa consists of 3 apartments on the 3 floors. On the ground floor is a spacious, elegant living-dining area with a fully equipped main kitchen. This kitchen is connected to the terrace where you will find an outdoor stone grill. On the same floor, you will also find a guest bathroom with a shower as well as an en suite bedroom with a king-size bed and a shower. The interior stairs will lead you to the first floor where is another astonishing living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 beautifully furnished en suite bedrooms, plus a third bedroom with a private bathroom. The first floor also contains a large terrace of 100 m2. The second floor has a similar layout as the first floor with another magnificent living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 beautifully furnished en suite bedrooms with a shower, plus a third bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. This area is connected to a balcony with an amazing sea view.

DAWO

DAWO’s layout has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 cabins. Owner’s cabin on the main deck, 4 guest cabins (2 double beds, 2 twin beds) each with en suite bathroom. Holiday Home Maris

Holiday Home Maris is located in a small village Bicine, just 1 km from the area of Skadin and Krka waterfalls. What distinguishes this villa from the others is certainly this magnificent, more than 150-year-old property. The location of the villa is perfect for those who want to enjoy untouched nature but still be able to visit historical Dalmatian towns nearby.

The House is renovated in 2018. and offers you peace and quiet for full relaxation in the beautiful surrounding area of Skradin. It sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, and it can accommodate 2 extra guests on the pull-out sofa in the living room.

The property includes 2 separate houses and it comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with an indoor fireplace and TV and stereo surround system, WiFi Internet connection in the whole property, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor kitchens, a big dining area for the guests, and even 2 swimming pools. All 5 bedrooms are furnished with double beds (bed size 180 x 200 cm). Furthermore, all of the 5 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower cabin or a bathtub.

The outdoor area features a gorgeous partly covered terrace from which guests can enjoy the view of the area or relax on the deck chairs beside the swimming pools. The surface of the pool is 32 sq. meters. On the terrace guests can use 2 stone barbeques and outdoor kitchens while dining outside on warm summer nights. Holiday home Maris is also equipped with two saunas and two outdoor hydro-massage tubs.

Children will surely have fun in the outside area on the slide or in the playhouse.

ALESSANDRO 1

The interior of this deluxe yacht is breathtaking with white as a dominant color which emphasizes the luxurious ambiance of the design. The yacht salon is very spacious and comfortable with the surface of 52m2 offering a light and airy environment with large windows, a wooden dining table for 10 yacht guests, 2 luxury sitting sets, and a boat bar.

Once onboard this beautiful yacht, most of your time you will be spending outside on the boat’s deck. The deck of this luxury sailing yacht provides ample deck space for outside relaxation and enjoyment. The aft deck offers a dining area with a large cushioned sitting area and dining table of an elegant as well as practical design. On the foredeck is a luxury seating area with a cocktail table, sun mattresses, and a jacuzzi tub with hot water and lights. Flybridge offers another comfortable seating area with sun mattresses. Light blankets for night cocktails on deck are at guests disposal.

Alessandro 1 provides luxury and very comfortable accommodation for 10 guests in 5 luxuriously appointed and spacious cabins. The guests will have a total of 4 double bed cabins and 1 twin bed cabin at their disposal. The master suite is the most spacious cabin on board with the surface of 28.7 m2 with an ensuite bathroom with shower box and home-type toilet. The Master cabin has a large king-size double bed, safe box, minibar, TV, and plenty of storage cabinets. The other 3 double cabins are very similar in size (13.00 m2) and design and also have a large king-size bed and TV. The twin bed cabin is slightly smaller with a surface of 8.30 m2.

All cabins are fully air-conditioned with unlimited usage of air condition 24 hours per day.  Bed linen can be changed twice per week. Cabins are cleaned every day. Laundry service is available on request.

All cabins have en-suite bathrooms with shower boxes and home-type toilets. In each bathroom, you will find a hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers. Guests will also have on their disposal 1 face towel, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, and 2 beach towels per person daily.

Luxury cosmetic line L’Occitane: hair shampoo and regenerator, body shampoo, and lotion is at guest’s disposal in each bathroom. Sun protecting lotion Avene is also at guests disposal.
