The basement is reserved as a relaxation, spa, and activity area containing a sauna, a fully equipped gym, table football and billiards. Both the indoors and outdoors are supremely designed. The balconies and terrace offer beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding area. You can fully relax by the pool on the deck chairs, or enjoy a hydromassage-heated infinity pool with a waterfall and seawater. There is also an outdoor shower, an outdoor covered dining table for 10 people, and a barbecue, so you can prepare your favorite dishes while relaxing in good company. Additionally, there is also a laundry, cloakroom, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
