The spacious villa consists of three floors, the basement ground floor, and the first floor, connected by internal stairs and will accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom, and access to the terrace. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. All rooms have a private balcony. The outdoor area is a typical Mediterranean garden and a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a grill. The pool overlooks the sea, with deck chairs around, a lounge area, parasols, and a dining area with a dining table for 10. From the terrace, there is the entrance to the ground floor of the villa. A modern, spacious open space area includes a large dining table for 10, a living area with two 2-seaters, armchairs, a three-seater, and LCD TV. The kitchen is also modern and fully equipped with a kitchen island. There is a private parking with 3 spaces for the guests. Pets are allowed on request.
