Villa Green Lagoon is a stunning Mediterranean modern villa located on one of the ten most beautiful islands in the world - Island of Hvar near Split. The villa is fully equipped with modern amenities and is only 20 m from the beach. This spacious 350 m2 villa has a big garden and everything for your relaxation and full comfort - a private pool, outdoor shower, outdoor grill, dining set, lounge set and beautiful Mediterranean greenery. The villa is located in the Town of Hvar, an ancient town with an interesting and rich history. This town has been built through time by notable domestic and foreign architects. What you'll love about Hvar is the fact that Hvar has the most sunny hours of all the islands in the Adriatic Sea. Villa Green Lagoon consists of three floors, basement, ground floor and first floor, connected by internal stairs, and it is perfect for groups up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms.  The ground floor is accessible from the outside terrace. At the entrance, you'll find the open space with a spacious living room with LCD TV, dining room with dining table for 10, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. There is also a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and access to the terrace on this floor. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. All rooms have a private balcony equipped with outdoor furniture for your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Outside, you can enjoy a lovely, spacious outdoor terrace with a pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a seating area. There is also a grill and a large dining table for 10. From any place in the villa, you have clear, stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The villa is pet-friendly and has private parking. The price includes:
