Villa Botanica was built in 2017 on the island of Ciovo, a mere 3.2 km from the ancient city of Trogir. The unique Mediterranean surroundings give this private villa the spirit of traditional island life combined with ultimate contemporary elegance and luxury.
The property has a private entrance and safe and secure parking for guests. The villa is situated just 30 meters from the beach, which is suitable for all ages. The ground floor at this stunning Villa features a private infinity swimming pool, children’s playground, a garden, and a shaded pergola. The terrace area surrounding the pool and the upper lounge terrace is equipped with luxurious and comfortable sunbathing loungers, LCD TV and a surround system. You will also find a lovely dining set for ten and a barbecue. The bright and elegant living room and sitting area are exquisitely furnished with designer furniture, lighting, and carpets. Both have access to the terrace and the swimming pool and overlook the sea. There is a Jacuzzi bath in the living room extension. Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped gym and a modern sauna.

Destinations: Split Region
Villa Margareta
The villa is situated in Kastel Luksis, between cities of Split and Trogir. Both city centers are protected by UNESCO as the World Heritage Sites. Furthermore, the villa is only 7 km away from the airport, 17 km from the ferry port, 3,8 km from marina, and 1,1 km from the gas station.
The villa comprises a large and small kitchen, dining/living room area, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, separate WC, gym, sauna and tavern with an indoor fireplace. The interior surface is 350 m2 big and it spreads over three floors. It’s big enough to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in six bedrooms.
Bedrooms are as follows: on the first floor are a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two additional beds (beds size 80 x 200 cm). On the ground floor is a double bed, and the last two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor (double bedroom and a triple bedroom with double and single bed).
To make your stay as pleasant as possible the villa has been equipped with all equipment you might need, like air-conditioning, heating, wireless Internet, TV set, and washing machine.
The outside area features a beautiful swimming pool, shower and WC. In addition, at your disposal is an outdoor hot tub and it’s possible to organize a daily cleaning upon request (surcharge).
Villa Paradise
This charming villa is located directly on the sea in the Uleni Bok Bay, 4,5 km away from the center of the town Hvar. The villa is located in the area which is a private park, inhabited by mouflon, stags, hinds, and other animals.
Villa Paradise is one of only six houses located in the bay, so this property provides maximum privacy for 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. This villa is a perfect choice for larger families, or groups of friends, searching for accommodation in a calm and relaxing environment. The villa facilities are as follows: Sea level – a beautiful private waterfront built of white stone, measuring 8x8m with two bollards for boats. It is possible to anchor a boat up to 25 m. On the side, there are stairs to enter the sea for swimming. To the right is a little shallow shoreline for children. Along the waterfront is a small two-bed apartment 8m2 and bathroom 4m2 with shower and toilet. The apartment can be used for sleeping or as a magazine for toys and accessories for the beach. Above the mentioned apartment, on level 1 is a terrace with benches, cushions, and a low table. On the side are two wine coolers and a sink with running water. On the second level is a stone table with 10 chairs which is used for alfresco dining. On the left side, about 15 meters away, there is a room with a toilet, a bidet, and a washing machine. The third level comprises of two ensuite apartments with double beds, wardrobes, and commodes. On the same level is a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, dishwasher, and large fridge. In front of the house is a covered terrace with an outdoor bed for relaxation. On the fourth level is a large terrace (18 m x 6 m), of which 3 meters in width is covered) with external chairs and a seating bench. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor BBQ. And finally, on the fifth level, you will find a low loft double bed apartment with a bathroom, used for auxiliary staff. To get to the town center from the villa, you can choose between using a vehicle, which takes about 15 minutes, or by boat, approximately 0.5 miles.
Villa Maurice
Villa Maurice is a luxurious waterfront property with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The layout is perfect for families or large groups of up to 12 guests. Designed with great attention to detail by a Croatian architect, Villa Maurice combines local materials, like the famous Brac stone and top-quality furniture from all over the world in order to create a comfortable ambiance for its guests. The generous use of glass and sliding window doors ensures the breathtaking sea view is preserved in every room. The villa offers an infinity-edge swimming pool, a gym room, a sauna and a floating dock with moorings. Villa Brunella, Brac
Villa Brunella is located on the intriguing island of Brac – the town of Bol and is known for its great olive oil, wine, authentic rural traditions, but best known for Zlatni rog, one of the largest and most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic that stretches almost half a kilometre into the clear blue sea.
Villa Brunella consists of two units connected by an inner courtyard, between which there is a beautiful pool and a terrace paved with local Brac stone.
The first building, closer to the sea, has a stunning view through the pine trees, on the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, internal dining room, living room and empty bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious master bedroom with private bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea. The second building consists of 4 bedrooms, a kitchenette and bathrooms. Two apartments are located on the ground floor and the other two are on the first floor. All 6 bedrooms feature super king size beds and en suite bathroom. Four bedrooms also have an extra singe size bed.
The villa can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests, in privacy, luxury and comfort. So it’s an ideal choice for larger families, groups of friends or even a corporate vacation. Beach House Green Bay

This holiday home is on one floor, where there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, a sitting room area and a terrace. In the guest house, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all with modern decorations and the highest level of comfort.

Seagull I can accommodate up to 12 guests. On the main deck, she boasts a VIP apartment consisting of two rooms, one room with Queen Size Bed and one room with Twin Beds with a common salon on the main deck. Both rooms have a bathroom with shower. On the lower deck, there is a master cabin also consisting of two rooms with queen size beds. The two rooms have one big common bathroom with Spa Pool and shower cabin. There is also a twin cabin and 2 double rooms both with queen beds all equipped with Sat TV and a stereo.
Classic beauty SEAGULL II has a vast range of tenders, water toys and accessories including a Custom Tender with 140 HP engine, a Custom Tender with a 70 HP engine, and a Speedboat for waterskiing with 70 HP engine. Her toys include a sea kayak, a wave runner, a bathing platform, water skis for children, snorkelling equipment, an exercise bicycle, a rowing machine, a Playstation and Computer with Wireless Internet access. She has Sat TV and stereo in all cabins and a Deck Spa Pool. Communications onboard include GPRS, a Satellite phone and Internet, VSAT ANTENNA SYSTEM EPAK SC 90.
