The SEVENTY 7’s forward cockpit is directly accessible from the deck and the saloon and provides an outstanding view of the horizon. Enjoy large hull portholes that allow generous amounts of light into the interior spaces. The SEVENTY 7 boasts a forward hull door opening out to a private balcony, a large stern platform serving as a private beach with a sunbathing area, a tender dock, or even a recreation area and offers a highly sophisticated onboard operations monitoring system.

Elegant detail and exquisite finishes provide you with a comfortable and harmonious interior. The optimised layout creates a truly idyllic living space, full of space and light. The saloon has large windows and exceptional headroom. ADRIATIC DRAGON accommodates eight guests in four well-appointed and versatile cabins: a large master suite featuring walk-in wardrobes, desk, ensuite and generous living area. The master stateroom has direct access to the main saloon as well as to the aft deck and foredeck, adding to the exclusivity of this unique layout. Then there are two VIP cabins as well as a twin cabin each with its own ensuite. The accommodation comprises two cabins in the bow, with its own entrance via the deck to ensure guests’ privacy.

One of the great features is the hydraulic fold-down platform being a private sea terrace or beach extension. Ideal for sunbathing or launching water toys, this outdoor feature is a real beach club.

Villa Catalina

Luxury Villa Catalina extends on 580 m2 of property and has four floors: ground floor, first, second floor, and attic. It consists of the main building, with 3 bedrooms and two additional suites, each with one bedroom. In total, villa Catalina can accommodate 10 people.

The seafront courtyard is surrounded by various Mediterranean plants and olive trees and it is a real oasis where you can spend your perfect vacation. The central part of the courtyard is occupied with a swimming pool with waterfall and sun loungers. There is also seating furniture and an outdoor dining table in this special outdoor area.

The ground floor is connected with the pool area and there you will find a sauna, table tennis, and a summer kitchen.

On the first floor of the villa, there is a modernly equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a fireplace, a large sofa and an LCD TV. This living area on the first floor is connected to the long terrace from where you have an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea and surrounding nature.

On this floor, there are 2 additional separate suites. Each suite is equipped with a kitchen, living room with a sofa, double bed and bathroom and has access to the front garden with seating furniture.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Both rooms have a terrace with an amazing sea view.

In the attic of the villa, there is an area that can be used as a separate suite. It includes a bedroom with en suite bathroom, has its own living room with sitting furniture and LCD TV, as well as a small kitchen with dining table.

The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with WI-FI.

ADRIATIC TIGER

Spending holidays on the Lagoon 620 is easy when surrounded by such sumptuous comfort. There’s a dedicated area for sunbathing, dining, and lounging and the transition from day to night can be done easily.

Adriatic Tiger can accommodate 10 persons with a layout of five queen-sized staterooms with side-access beds and plenty of storage space. Each cabin has its own private bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The cabins are in the catamaran’s huge hulls and are cleverly designed so they fill the cabins with natural light. The yacht has such a fantastic ambiance and the attention to detail really makes the Lagoon 620 a special yacht.

The Lagoon 620 has been designed for socializing with plenty of space to gather with your loved ones and chat, dine or enjoy a cocktail together. You can be together without feeling crowded but there are plenty of nooks to get away from everyone too.

The saloon and cockpit windows fill the space with light and it’s this characteristic that the Lagoon 620 is famous for. The galley kitchen is impressive and the saloon offers comfort if you want to rest from the midday sun or enjoy the air-conditioning.

Making the most of a wonderful swimming or snorkeling spot is easy – you can jump right in using the laddered platform at the rear. Afterward, you can shower off the salt with the shower on deck.

AKANA

The sailing catamaran Lagoon 52 is fully equipped to the highest standards and will definitely please all the guest’s holiday expectations. The catamaran is air-conditioned and luxuriously furnished. The saloon encompasses the lounge and dining table to starboard, a large galley in U shape on port side the chart table in the middle, facing out to sea.
The “U” galley is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4 burner gas hob, grill oven, microwave oven, icemaker, dishwasher, large workspace and plenty of storage.

All the cabins have large double beds, storage space in keeping with the offshore sailing program of the boat and, of course, en-suite bathrooms with separate showers. The cabins have incomparable natural lighting thanks to the fixed hull windows, together with excellent ventilation thanks to the deck hatches and portholes that open out to the hull-side or to the cockpit.

OPAL

Vill Lara is located in Stanici, a small Dalmatian tourist resort located only 5 km from the historic town of Omis. Its steep slopes offer breathtaking views as well as full comfort in newly built villas. The air here is clean and fresh, the sea blue and clear, the beaches quiet and clean, far from the aggressive hustle and bustle of modern life and the tourism industry. In the surrounding area, it is still possible to find ‘your own’ beach or at least a quiet corner. Just a 25-minute drive will bring you to Split one of the most beautiful cities in the Adriatic, the city of the world-famous UNESCO-protected Diocletian’s Palace. The luxurious Villa Lara is located on a 1000 m2 property and has 400 m2 of living space, extending over 3 floors: ground floor, first and second floor. Villa Regina

Villa Regina is located in the historical heart of the seaside town of Hvar. From its magnificent stone baroque balcony, it captures breathtaking views of the Riva esplanade and the harbour beyond. Modern yachts and classic sailboats adorn the waterfront just meters away while Fortica, the 16th Century Fortress, protectively watches over this popular port of call and the surrounding Pakleni Islands.

The Villa was originally built in 1612, during the baroque period, when Venice exhibited a strong influence all along Adriatic. Today it is preserved as a heritage monument and is protected under the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. It was first owned by the well-known Stalio family as well as the Marchi family, one of the oldest Italian families in Hvar. The Villa, along with the Gothic pool house and garden was fully renovated between 2007 and 2009, in strict accordance with the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments.

The property has a floor area of 450 m2 across three floors. Guests will enjoy 5 well-appointed luxury bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for up to 10 people and a large open plan living area with a library, fireplace, kitchen and dining room. For those looking to wind up or wind down, the lower ground floor opens up to wellness facilities and a wine cellar.

Just beyond the doors of the Villa, an expansive Mediterranean garden awaits and is home to a variety of citrus trees, figs, lavender and rosemary bushes. In the garden, you’ll find an old Gothic house with a heated pool that can be converted for outdoor or indoor use to suit your visit year-round.

There is an abundance of things to experience once outside the Villa as well. Hvar can capably cater to a variety of different tastes and preferences. You can enjoy long sea-side walks around the island, hike to Fortica Fortress – rewarding you with magnificent views of Pakleni Islands, tennis staged along with an archipelago view, or take an architectural tour of the many historic buildings in town. Sailing, an integral part of the island’s identity, is one of the best-placed activities you can experience while on Hvar and can be happily organised down to the very last detail for you – advance notice is recommended.

Villa Korina

Villa Korina is an award-winning villa in peaceful Mirca, close to Supetar, the central town of Brac island. Villa is situated just a few meters from the beach and with spacious outdoor areas that offer fabulous views of the sea and the mainland. On 320 m² of the interior, decorated with design furniture, the villa can accommodate up to 13 guests and consists of a 4 bedroom (main house) and 2 bedrooms in the annexe.

On the ground floor of the main house are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each with its own small terrace, extra toilet with a laundry, spacious living room with TV set and fireplace, dining area and centrally positioned main kitchen. The Master bedroom on the first floor of the main house is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. The Master bedroom has a direct exit to a huge first-floor terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets. The guest annexe and the main house are just next to each other and are connected with porches and terraces. The annexe consists of 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional gourmet kitchen.

The seaside outdoor area features a large veranda on stone pillars, bringing shade over a dining table for 14, a wooden pool deck area with a number of sun-beds and a 24m² heated infinity swimming pool. Villa is surrounded by gardens and lawns and has direct access to a petty pebble beach. The path leading to the beach passes between a small vineyard and a garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables and a variety of Mediterranean herbs.

Luxury Villa Korina is built to the highest standards with respect to ECOLOGY, ENERGY EFFICIENCY, NATURE and LOCAL COMMUNITY. Water is heated using SOLAR POWER, wastewater is biologically processed, swimming pool is also heated by solar systems and for cleaning we use only BIODEGRADABLE products. The custom made WOODEN FURNITURE is made of solid oak wood from a sustainable production, treated with bio-oils, without toxic polishes.
