Villa Ester

Luxury Villa Ester is a traditional design villa in close distance from the attractive town of Dubrovnik, only 30m from the sea. Villa accommodates up to 12 guests and it is a spacious property that spreads over 4 levels.

The property consists of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a kitchen, a dining/living room area, a wine cellar, and a library. There’s also a studio apartment for the villa staff.

The terrace offers a beautiful outdoor pool (32m2), with a jacuzzi and stunning views of the Adriatic sea and the surrounding Dubrovnik area.

On the first floor, there’s a kitchen with a dining area and a living room with an entrance to a beautiful terrace. There are 2 bedrooms: an en-suite master bedroom with a king-size bed, and another is deluxe bedroom with a whirlpool bathtub.

On the second floor, there’s a kitchen, living and dining area, and luxurious en-suite bedrooms.

On the third floor (top-level) you will find two junior suites with a kitchen, living and dining area, double en-suite bedroom, and balcony overlooking the sea.

Beach House Sofia

Beach House Sofia is situated on the peninsula of Peljesac, and only 400 m from the center of the picturesque town of Orebic, an authentic Mediterranean town famous for its rich history but also for its amazing vineyards and wines.

Sofia is a unique house built from local stone, equipped with beautiful wooden furniture, located directly on the beach, and surrounded by an extraordinary landscape containing a variety of palm trees, rosemary, lavender, and hibiscus flowers. The villa is also equipped with a saltwater pool, grill, deck chairs, and sun umbrellas, so you can fully relax and also enjoy different summer activities.

Beach House Sofia consists of two floors. On the ground level, there’s a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has two entrances and is connected with the garden full of aromatic Dalmatian vegetation. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms and one single room with an air-conditioner, SAT-TV, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, you’ll find another bedroom with a king-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub. This property has private parking.

 

THE BEST WAY

The Best Way is a charter yacht with a Croatian flag that was constructed by Sunseeker International in 2009 as the Sunseeker Yacht 86 model and completely refited in 2015. It has an attractive exterior and a refined interior, with a teak-laid, roomy fly-bridge that is sheltered by a hard top with a retractable Bimini for shade, and also contains a large table, BBQ, sunbathing pads, cushions, chairs, and a bar. Its foredeck has sunbathing pads, a seating space, and a small table. The Best Way’s salon has a dining table situated on the main deck level, and her staterooms are on the lower deck. It can provide accommodation for 8 charter guests in two double and two twin cabins. All the cabins are air-conditioned and equipped with en-suite amenities. If requested, the twin cabins can be made into double cabins by changing the sliding berths into queen-size beds, making it possible for 4 couples to stay. It should be noted that the twin cabin is the only one that has a Pullman bed. The Master cabin is located in the middle and has a wide bed, a walk-in closet, and a sizable bathroom. The VIP stateroom is situated in the front and contains a double bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite. For sea fun activities, MY The Best Way is equipped with a Wakeboard, Kneeboard, Snorkeling gear, Banana, Doughnut, Set of water skis and Zar Formenti 4.50m with 60 BHP engine.

KIMON

The Ferretti 620 is really an impressive and sophisticated motor yacht that stands out amongst the crowd in terms of high speed and style. When it’s time for guests to come aboard there’s a flip-down boarding step that leads straight to the cockpit. The cockpit is wide, going nearly the full beam of 5.2 meters and there is plenty of room here for deck chairs and a table. Because of the overhang from the flybridge, there is shade here for anyone not wanting the sun and it is an excellent place for dining. Entering the yacht, the most impressive area of this boat is the luxurious salon that is surrounded by leather sofas and oak furniture that gives the Ferretti 620 her elegant flair. The salon offers a U-shaped sofa to port and a two-seater loveseat to starboard, which is great for conversations and can easily be transformed into a dining area. Forward and a step up you’ll find a second dinette right next to the helm station that can seat four. On the lower deck are located 3 cabins for 6 guests. The master cabin is unusually large with a double berth and a good-sized wardrobe with plenty of storage areas. It also has its own ensuite head and shower. The second stateroom up forward is perfect for your VIP guests. It boasts just as many features as the master cabin. The third private stateroom has two separate twin berths and a full-size locker which actually makes it great for kids or even two other adult guests that may not be a couple. It also has a door leading to its semi-private head with a shower. Flybridge contains a wet bar, BBQ, sun pad with headrests and U sofa, large enough for 8 people to have lunch al fresco or enjoy cocktails at sunset.

 

Villa Rock

The property of luxury villa Rock spreads over 1200 m2, and its residential part of 700 m2 is divided into three floors – from the ground floor to the second floor. Plus a separate living unit in the background of the villa. The luxury Villa Rock has six rooms, six en suite bathrooms, one additional toilet, and can accommodate up to 12 people. From the terrace, you enter an open space on the ground floor containing a spacious living room, a dining area with a table for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen in the background, a library, and a bar. The two Minotti sofas occupy the open space in which the central location has a Flos chandelier, while the kitchen is equipped with top Siemens appliances. The first floor has two en suite bedrooms lined with white Carrera marble. On the second floor, there are three en suite bedrooms, of which one is the master bedroom equipped with a large walk-in shower and the white Catalano bath from where you can enjoy a stunning view over the Dubrovnik archipelago. At the top of this stunning villa, there is a parking space for 3 cars and access to the elevator. The luxurious villa Rock can also be accessed by the sea through a private berth for your boat. On the dock is also a sunbathing deck where you’ll get the ultimate peace and privacy.

Villa Mediterana

Entering the luxurious Villa Mediterana, you will be enchanted by the intoxicating scents of pine trees and the beauty of the sea horizon. Attention is drawn to the luxurious infinity pool which is certainly in the center of attention of the outdoor terrace. It is surrounded by sun loungers and a living area with a comfortable sofa that allows you to enjoy the afternoon rays of the Mediterranean sun. Below is a covered-equipped summer kitchen with a dining table and chairs. A special feature of the outdoor terrace is the cascades decorated with a Mediterranean garden and private access to the sea, which is separated only a few steps from the villa. The ground floor of the luxury Villa Mediterana Dubrovnik is separated from the terrace by a sliding glass wall that allows a sufficient amount of daylight. It consists of a designer living room with elegant sofas, an armchair, and a satellite TV. Next, the open concept combines a fully equipped modern kitchen with a minimalist design and a charming round dining table. Stairs by the pool lead to a separate room with a sauna perfect for detoxification. The first and second floors of the luxury Villa Mediterana Dubrovnik are separated from the ground floor by an elevator. There are 5 luxurious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The first master bedroom with a king-size bed is located on the ground floor. It is enriched with an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower, satellite TV, and a walk-in closet. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the first floor of which two have a king-size bed, one has a twin-size bed while the last bedroom has a queen-size bed. Each room has an en suite bathroom with showers and satellite TV. A special feature of four of the five bedrooms is the exit to the private terrace which offers a view of the open sea and the golden sunsets. On the second floor, there is the main entrance to the Villa and an elevator that leads to all parts of the Villa. The luxurious Villa Mediterana Dubrovnik is fully air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, freezer, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, dishwasher. In the Villa, there is a laundry room that contains a washing machine and dryer and an iron and ironing board. Guests also have access to a feeder, baby cot, and private parking.

Beach House Olive Tree

Beach House Olive Tree is a luxury property located in Prizba on the island of Korcula. Prizba is a small tourist settlement developed on the island’s southern shore. In front of Prizba, there is an archipelago of small islets, perfect for everyone who wants to explore untouched nature and enjoy peace, whether swimming, snorkeling, or diving.

Beach House Olive Tree is a 4-star property that accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom has beautiful sea views, and some bedrooms have access to the balcony with patio furniture so you can enjoy the sunset in the morning while drinking your coffee or tea. An additional bathroom is located on the ground floor. When you enter the villa, there is a spacious open space area with a living room, dining room, and fully equipped modern kitchen. The dining area has a table for 8, and a kitchen island is just next to it with three high chairs. Big glass sliding doors allow you to open the living room to the pool area. Outside of the villa, there is everything you’d need for a relaxing holiday – an outdoor private heated pool, BBQ, and outdoor patio where you can sit or lie down and relax while enjoying delicious wine and Dalmatian cuisine. The house also has a gym and sauna if you wish to stay active during your holiday.

What’s truly exquisite about this beautiful property is its distance from the beach, which is only a couple of steps so you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and listen to the waves the entire time of your stay.

Villa Lilian

Located in an elite and private residential neighborhood of Dubrovnik, Villa Lilian is a true gem and a perfect holiday place for families, groups of friends, smaller businesses and private events. The villa can accommodate 14 guests in 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. The villa was recently restored to the highest standards including all modern amenities and comforts, including all appliances and full air conditioning, private pool and sauna.

The villa has a garage with 4 parking spaces. An elevator takes you from the garage to the conference room two levels up. On the level just above the garage there are two independent accommodation units – one suite and one bedroom with a bath. Both share a large stone terrace overlooking the historic University of Dubrovnik.

As you enter the master house level, there is a beautiful promenade in front of the villa with a lush bougainvillea tree and vines. There is the sauna on on side and an independent suite on the other side, providing perfect privacy. When you enter the ground floor of the villa from the promenade, yu will see  an open area hosting common spaces. You will love a custom designed and fully equipped home kitchen with a large dining table for 12, a very clean and airy space with beautiful wall art. This area also has a comfortable living room with a fireplace and TV.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms. The bedrooms have a mirror layout with views of the Villa’s gardens. The rooms have incredibly spacious bathrooms with double lavatories, one with a bath, and the other with a walk-in shower.

The historic wooden staircase diverts half-way up to the second floor. Here you’ll be able to enter the terraces above the master house. The second floor layout is similar to the first floor, with a central, wood-lined reading area and two double bedrooms on each side, both with a walk-in shower bathroom. The rooms offer  incredible views of either the gardens or Dubrovnik’s Old Town.

The outdoor area of the villa is just as beautiful and provides you with everything for a quiet, relaxing and unforgettable holiday. The green garden around the villa spreads over multiple levels including a private swimming pool on one level, deck chairs by the pool, outdoor furniture for relaxation just above the pool, dining table for 8.

Villa Lilian is within walking distance to Dubrovnik and the famous Old Town, but you can also explore other nearby cities or nearby islands by ferry like the popular ones Hvar and Brac.
