Villa Adagio

Villa Adaggio was refurbished to the highest standards in 2019, with an emphasis on ecology, sustainability, and natural energy sources. The exclusive interior is equipped with custom-designed furniture and the villa’s walls are covered with art paintings from various Croatian artists and art photography made by the owner of the villa. What sets this villa apart from other villas on the island is the room dedicated to audiophiles.

The villa is located in Vrbanj, the biggest village on the island, not far from the popular tourist destination Stari Grad. Vrbanj is located inland of the Hvar island, which had made it a safe shelter a long time ago from pirates, and that’s why the structures of the houses with fortifications and loopholes, which were built in the 16th. and 17th. century, are so interesting. This village is a gem for history lovers. In the main square in the village stands a house from the early Middle Ages called the King’s palace. The area is perfect for hiking, exploring the untouched nature and enjoying the unique panoramic views.

The villa can accommodate 6 guests in 3 en-suite, double bedrooms. The property lies on 816 m2 of land in a peaceful part of the island surrounded only by nature and a couple of houses further away. The villa itself covers 290 m2 and consists of a ground floor (120 m2), a gallery on the first floor (100 m2), and a gallery room. This spacious property is a perfect getaway for people who want absolute peace and relaxation. Outside, the villa is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens. There is a private pool with a sundeck and shower, as well as a 35 m2 gazebo with a fully equipped summer kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, induction cooker, electric grill, and a dining table for 8 people.

As you enter the ground floor, there is a dining room, living room, a kitchen connected to the living room, a hallway leading to the study, and a ground-floor toilet. The ground floor is connected to the gallery with a staircase that looks as if it is floating in space – this is one of the exquisite details of the villa which everyone loves. At the top of the staircase, in the gallery, there is a small salon. A metal staircase leads to another room at the very top of the roof. The room has a roof window, a standard matrimonial bed, and a TV, along with a bathroom with a bath. From the gallery, you enter two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. This villa has an additional room – the study, which includes a sofa (which can act as a cot if necessary), a desk with a computer, and a TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped as expected – it has an oven, dishwasher, double-wing refrigerator, microwave, ceramic cooker, coffee machine, ice machine, juicer -, and all the necessary appliances.

This villa has another special feature for its guests – it has professional equipment for audiophiles, professional speakers, and a big record collection. You are free to bring your own if you want to and enjoy your favorite records while on your holiday.

In the basement, to which you enter from the south side, right next to the main entrance, there is a washer and dryer. The estate has video surveillance for safety and there are 2 private parking spaces for guests.

GLORIOUS

She boasts fantastic sunbathing areas on her stern and foredeck, alfresco table, BBQ, and hydraulic swimming platform. Her light and airy salon offers a comfy seating area with a coffee table and a hardtop that converts the whole area into an open space flooding her salon with the light when open. She sleeps up to six plus two charter guests in three air-conditioned cabins with one berth next in the salon, next to the galley. Full beam master cab offers a queen-sized bed, en-suite with a shower and seating area, while her VIP cabin offers a queen-sized bed and smaller en-suite with a shower. The double cabin offers a double berth and an en-suite bathroom. She is equipped with the following audio-visual gear: LCD TV’s, SAT TV Bose sound system, DVD, WiFi internet via 3G/4G router which is subject to the signal.

Notice: GLORIOUS does not have an oven so only light meals are served.

KIMON

The Ferretti 620 is really an impressive and sophisticated motor yacht that stands out amongst the crowd in terms of high speed and style. When it’s time for guests to come aboard there’s a flip-down boarding step that leads straight to the cockpit. The cockpit is wide, going nearly the full beam of 5.2 meters and there is plenty of room here for deck chairs and a table. Because of the overhang from the flybridge, there is shade here for anyone not wanting the sun and it is an excellent place for dining. Entering the yacht, the most impressive area of this boat is the luxurious salon that is surrounded by leather sofas and oak furniture that gives the Ferretti 620 her elegant flair. The salon offers a U-shaped sofa to port and a two-seater loveseat to starboard, which is great for conversations and can easily be transformed into a dining area. Forward and a step up you’ll find a second dinette right next to the helm station that can seat four. On the lower deck are located 3 cabins for 6 guests. The master cabin is unusually large with a double berth and a good-sized wardrobe with plenty of storage areas. It also has its own ensuite head and shower. The second stateroom up forward is perfect for your VIP guests. It boasts just as many features as the master cabin. The third private stateroom has two separate twin berths and a full-size locker which actually makes it great for kids or even two other adult guests that may not be a couple. It also has a door leading to its semi-private head with a shower. Flybridge contains a wet bar, BBQ, sun pad with headrests and U sofa, large enough for 8 people to have lunch al fresco or enjoy cocktails at sunset.
