Villa Palazzo Heraclea

With a hint of vintage villa Palazzo Heraclea is perfectly situated just 15 15-minute’ walk from Hvar town center. It is situated in the second row of properties on the coast, directly below a cliff. With a panoramic view of the glittering Adriatic Sea and the fabulous Pakleni Islands, it offers plenty of space for up to 14 people, making it perfect for families or a group of friends seeking tranquility and relaxation.  Villa Palazzo Heraclea spreads over 450m2 of living space with a property of 2000 m2. The spacious villa consists of three floors and accommodates 14 guests in 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one located on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The size of the rooms varies from 24 to 32 m2. All beds are king-size 200×210 cm, 2 of them convertible into twin beds 100×210 cm each. The villa has an 11 x 4 meters large private pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, an outdoor grill, an outdoor gym, a sauna, a massage table a large dining table for 14, SONOS music systems for public and outdoor areas, and a seating area with the most beautiful views.  There is also a private parking for guests.

 

Villa Dubrovnik Diva

Villa Dubrovnik Diva is a gorgeous 5-star luxury villa located just minutes from the famous Dubrovnik Old Town. This way you will have a close vacinity to the most attractive area of Dubrovnik just steps away but also the privacy and peace inside the property. Situated on the hillside, the villa offers divine views of the Adriatic sea and City of Dubrovnik which you don’t want to miss. The villa accommodates 14 guests and spreads over 5 floors which are connected by stairs and elevator. More than spacious, this villa covers 500 m2 and consists of the main building in which there is a separate apartment, wine bar and a beautiful garden, outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a SPA/fitness area, a sauna, Jacuzzi, a billiard room with bar for socializing.

The villa has seven double rooms, each with a modern en-suite bathroom, and three additional toilets. Some bedrooms have entrance to a furnished terrace, and one with the extra privacy of a guest annex, complete with a living/dining room and a discretely placed kitchenette.

The villa has a strategic location which gives you the most stunning views of the sea but also ensures your complete privacy in every area of the villa.

Villa Lucia

Luxury Villa Lucia is a beautiful beachfront villa on the island of Brac, the largest island of central Dalmatia famous for its white limestone used to build The White House in Washington D.C. The Island of Brac has a rich cultural and historic heritage going back to prehistoric times. It’s unique gastronomy, beautiful beaches, and bays with crystal blue sea, and the hospitality of the locals is everything you need for a perfect holiday. The lovely town of Selca is just 1.5. km from the villa.

Right on the beachfront, Villa Lucia offers 445 square meters of modern indoor area and it can accommodate up to 14 guests in 7 en-suite bedrooms. The property was renovated to high standards in 2019 with elegance and spaciousness both indoors and outdoors.

The outdoor has a swimming pool and barbecue and outdoor furniture for full comfort. On the terrace, you can cool off in the pool while enjoying beautiful sea views and views of the surrounding areas of the island.

The property consists of the souterrain, the ground floor with a mezzanine, and the first floor. In the souterrain, there’s the laundry room, wine cellar, kitchenette, and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

On the mezzanine floor, there are two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, twin beds in another en-suite bedroom, and a lovely terrace. There is also a living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. There is a garage on the same level too.

On the first floor, you will find four modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Villa Olivia

The luxury Villa Olivia is located on the island of Brac — known as the island of stone, only 10 m from the sea, with a heated infinity swimming pool and only 1 km from the picturesque village of Sumartin.

What makes this villa super special is that it is built of pure white limestone, or shortly Brac stone, just like the White House in Washington D.C. in the USA. To make it even more interesting, Brac stone has been used to create parliament buildings in both Budapest and Vienna as well as in buildings throughout Europe.

Villa is situated on one of the popular and attractive destinations on the Adriatic coast and offers a huge number of different holiday activities like diving, sailing, kiting, as well as cultural sights, and natural treasures you do not want to miss, e.g. Dragon’s Cave.

Villa Olivia has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 toilet, and is suitable for the accommodation of 12 to 14 people max.

All three floors of this spectacular villa (ground, mezzanine, and first floor) are high-end designs with modern furniture and stunning sea views.

On the ground floor, there’s an open space terrace with infinity, a heated swimming pool, a gorgeous outdoor relaxing area with a hammock, and a barbecue. There’s a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, along with an expansive en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed.

On the mezzanine level, you will find 3 spacious living rooms with seating furniture, 3 luxurious bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite, and additional sofas.

On the first floor, there’s a kitchenette and a sitting room with a TV, 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which has an extra single bed, and 2 designer bathrooms with a bathtub. There are also 2 terraces on the same floor.

Villa Olivia, besides the modern and luxury indoor design, offers a spacious and luxury design of the outdoors which offers several terraces equipped with lounge furniture, hammocks, a hot tub for 12 people, an organic vegetable garden, table tennis. The villa is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing holiday but also provides you with fun activities and is only a couple of steps from the crystal blue water.

There is a possibility of a boat mooring in front of the villa as well.

Villa Lilian

Located in an elite and private residential neighborhood of Dubrovnik, Villa Lilian is a true gem and a perfect holiday place for families, groups of friends, smaller businesses and private events. The villa can accommodate 14 guests in 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. The villa was recently restored to the highest standards including all modern amenities and comforts, including all appliances and full air conditioning, private pool and sauna.

The villa has a garage with 4 parking spaces. An elevator takes you from the garage to the conference room two levels up. On the level just above the garage there are two independent accommodation units – one suite and one bedroom with a bath. Both share a large stone terrace overlooking the historic University of Dubrovnik.

As you enter the master house level, there is a beautiful promenade in front of the villa with a lush bougainvillea tree and vines. There is the sauna on on side and an independent suite on the other side, providing perfect privacy. When you enter the ground floor of the villa from the promenade, yu will see  an open area hosting common spaces. You will love a custom designed and fully equipped home kitchen with a large dining table for 12, a very clean and airy space with beautiful wall art. This area also has a comfortable living room with a fireplace and TV.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms. The bedrooms have a mirror layout with views of the Villa’s gardens. The rooms have incredibly spacious bathrooms with double lavatories, one with a bath, and the other with a walk-in shower.

The historic wooden staircase diverts half-way up to the second floor. Here you’ll be able to enter the terraces above the master house. The second floor layout is similar to the first floor, with a central, wood-lined reading area and two double bedrooms on each side, both with a walk-in shower bathroom. The rooms offer  incredible views of either the gardens or Dubrovnik’s Old Town.

The outdoor area of the villa is just as beautiful and provides you with everything for a quiet, relaxing and unforgettable holiday. The green garden around the villa spreads over multiple levels including a private swimming pool on one level, deck chairs by the pool, outdoor furniture for relaxation just above the pool, dining table for 8.

Villa Lilian is within walking distance to Dubrovnik and the famous Old Town, but you can also explore other nearby cities or nearby islands by ferry like the popular ones Hvar and Brac.
