SUNRISE

Luxury and comfort define the Sunrise superyacht, a 43-meter vessel that won the World Superyachts Awards in the Displacement Motor Yacht category for vessels between 40m and 500GT. Constructed by Yildiz Shipyard in Istanbul in 2020, this semi-displacement motor yacht boasts an interior by Hot Lab and includes an elevator connecting the lower deck to the sky deck.

Villa Zen

Located in Supetar, on the island of Brac, Villa Zen provides accommodation for up to 12 guests in six ensuite bedrooms. The villa boasts various amenities including a fitness center, sauna, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue facilities, TV room, pool table, free WiFi access, and private parking. Each suite ranges from 50m2 to 70m2 in size and features spacious beds with baldachins and bathrooms equipped with both a tub and separate shower. Additionally, every suite offers its own terrace adorned with flowers that provide stunning views. All terraces are equipped with stone tables and seats. The interior of Villa Zen is thoughtfully designed using natural materials such as wood and the famous white stone from Brač Island. CLASE AZUL

This beautiful yacht, built in 2022, is a true example of the ingenuity of Croatian shipbuilding, resulting from centuries of experience in building sailboats. In the length of 48 meters, there is 730m2 of living space, of which 385m2 of interior and 345m2 of the exterior, for the full comfort of 12 guests accommodated in 6 very spacious, modernly furnished, double bed, ensuite cabins. The spacious and modern salon contains a luxurious dining table for 10 guests, a bar, and a large corner set for enjoying a large-screen satellite TV. In front of the entrance to the salon, on the stern of the yacht, there is an al fresco dining table for 12 with designer chairs. The top deck is designed for maximum enjoyment on the open air and is equipped with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, a fire corner, an informal dining area, a film screen with a projector, and a fully equipped bar. AURUM SKY

Aurum Sky is, by all means, a unique yacht on the charter market. She accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 double en suite cabins, equipped with a Smart TV/DVD, fridge, safe, Intercom, WiFi Flat 3G/4G, and room service on option, the cabins allow for an entirely private and personalized guest experience.

The elegant lounge extends to the stern dining area with a table for twelve, altogether nearly 100m2. The flybridge of 120 m2 comprises a sunbathing area and a Jacuzzi to immerse you in relaxation and stunning vistas.

Villa Green Oasis

Villa Green Oasis is the crème de la crème of luxury villas in Dubrovnik area. This majestic villa accommodates 12 guests in 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and covers 1500 m2 of property area and is only 800 m from the sea.

Trsteno is a small seaside settlement, a picturesque village situated 20 km north of Dubrovnik. It is famous for its unique natural beauties, rich vegetation, and its well-known Arboretum. This village is the perfect hide away from the city crowds if you want some peace and quiet.

Villa Green Oasis spreads over 300 m2 of residential area and over three levels. There is the main villa and annex and a small pavilion.

In the main villa there are 5 double bedrooms, and in the side annex there is one double bedroom, ideal for guests who want more privacy or for house staff. The annex is 40 m² and includes a bedroom with two twin beds which can be converted to a double, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

Luxury Villa Ester is a traditional design villa in close distance from the attractive town of Dubrovnik, only 30m from the sea. Villa accommodates up to 12 guests and it is a spacious property that spreads over 4 levels.

The property consists of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a kitchen, a dining/living room area, a wine cellar, and a library. There’s also a studio apartment for the villa staff.

Agram boasts four decks, a spacious salon on the main deck and a sky lounge as a second salon. On the foredeck is an extremely inviting social space with seating and a table for sunset cocktails or breakfast at the bow.

AKANA

The sailing catamaran Lagoon 52 is fully equipped to the highest standards and will definitely please all the guest’s holiday expectations. The catamaran is air-conditioned and luxuriously furnished. The saloon encompasses the lounge and dining table to starboard, a large galley in U shape on port side the chart table in the middle, facing out to sea.
The “U” galley is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4 burner gas hob, grill oven, microwave oven, icemaker, dishwasher, large workspace and plenty of storage.

All the cabins have large double beds, storage space in keeping with the offshore sailing program of the boat and, of course, en-suite bathrooms with separate showers. The cabins have incomparable natural lighting thanks to the fixed hull windows, together with excellent ventilation thanks to the deck hatches and portholes that open out to the hull-side or to the cockpit.
