There is the main villa and annex and a small pavilion. In the main villa there are 5 double bedrooms, and in the side annex there is one double bedroom, ideal for guests who want more privacy or for house staff. The annex is 40 m² and includes a bedroom with two twin beds which can be converted to a double, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. On the ground floor, there is a spacious dining room with a dining table for 12 people and a fully equipped kitchen with a large bar in the center and state-of-the-art appliances. Kitchen's extension, the outdoor barbecue, is located next to the villa annex. There are three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a jacuzzi. On the first floor you'll find a large living room and two master bedrooms. In the living room you can enjoy resting on the luxury Fendi sofa, and the indoor fireplace. From the living room you can enter a spacious terrace with seating lounge. The two bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and small balcony so you don't miss beautiful views from any room. The outdoors of the villa is just as majestic and breathtaking. The beautiful Dalmatian greenery and palm trees make the garden inviting. In front of the entrance of the villa, there is a large dining table for 8 people, and deck chairs with parasols just beside the 55 m2 private pool. Next to the pool there is a beautiful fountain which makes the view of the garden even prettier. The villa holds four parking spaces on the roadside.
