Villa Paradise

This charming villa is located directly on the sea in the Uleni Bok Bay,  4,5 km away from the center of the town Hvar. The villa is located in the area which is a private park, inhabited by mouflon, stags, hinds, and other animals. Villa Paradise is one of only six houses located in the bay, so this property provides maximum privacy for 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. This villa is a perfect choice for larger families, or groups of friends, searching for accommodation in a calm and relaxing environment. The villa facilities are as follows: Sea level – a beautiful private waterfront built of white stone, measuring 8x8m with two bollards for boats. It is possible to anchor a boat up to 25 m. On the side, there are stairs to enter the sea for swimming. To the right is a little shallow shoreline for children. Along the waterfront is a small two-bed apartment 8m2 and bathroom 4m2 with shower and toilet. The apartment can be used for sleeping or as a magazine for toys and accessories for the beach. Above the mentioned apartment, on level 1 is a terrace with benches, cushions, and a low table. On the side are two wine coolers and a sink with running water. On the second level is a stone table with 10 chairs which is used for alfresco dining. On the left side, about 15 meters away, there is a room with a toilet, a bidet, and a washing machine. The third level comprises of two ensuite apartments with double beds, wardrobes, and commodes. On the same level is a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs,  dishwasher, and large fridge. In front of the house is a covered terrace with an outdoor bed for relaxation. On the fourth level is a large terrace (18 m x 6 m), of which 3 meters in width is covered) with external chairs and a seating bench. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor BBQ. And finally, on the fifth level, you will find a low loft double bed apartment with a bathroom, used for auxiliary staff. To get to the town center from the villa, you can choose between using a vehicle, which takes about 15 minutes, or by boat, approximately 0.5 miles.
