Aurum Sky is, by all means, a unique yacht on the charter market. She accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 double en suite cabins, equipped with a Smart TV/DVD, fridge, safe, Intercom, WiFi Flat 3G/4G, and room service on option, the cabins allow for an entirely private and personalized guest experience.
The elegant lounge extends to the stern dining area with a table for twelve, altogether nearly 100m2. The flybridge of 120 m2 comprises a sunbathing area and a Jacuzzi to immerse you in relaxation and stunning vistas.
Aboard Aurum Sky, all your daily rituals are bound to be even better! Find a large Smart TV, DVD, USB iPad/iPod/mobile docking station in the saloon, while the upgraded sound system links to the flybridge and cabins. Read your press in the library, or get business done efficiently in the privacy of the yacht office. And for action and adrenaline, Aurum Sky packs a plethora of top-notch water toys and equipment such as two jet skis, water skis, SUP, fishing equipment, and kayaks. More toys are available as extras.
Top of the hospitality aboard M/S Aurum Sky is provided by the highly experienced and professional crew of 7 which consists of the Captain, Chef, Engineer, Chief Officer, Deckhand, Chief stewardess, and Stewardess. Your Captain will primarily care for your safety, and will also tailor your itinerary, so you discover many secluded gems of the Adriatic coast. Your Chef will prepare healthy Mediterranean specialties from fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, and if you wish, other international cuisines as well. Your steward/fitness trainer will guide your morning workouts on the deck while your on-call concierge service – will take care of activities onboard and ashore.

The brand new 52 custom-made M/Y Anthea combines a supreme yachting experience with accommodation for up to 20 guests. Her ten double cabins sit four on the lower and six on the main deck, the cabins range in size between 22 and 28m2, each with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. To accommodate single guests or guests with children, four of ten cabins can be converted into twins. Smart TVs, plug-ins for gadgets, and Intercom are featured in all cabins.
The breezy aft lounge on the upper deck is ideal likewise for afternoon siestas, sunset cocktails, or even evening movie screenings, as it is equipped with a pull-down projector and screen. A retractable glass partition separates this space from the spacious saloon and allows for smooth indoor-outdoor flow and easy transformation into a space for larger events. Après-lunch espressos and good reads feel even better in the many cozy corners with armchairs and coffee tables. Romantic moments become even more so on the main deck bow where the U-shaped couch lures you to meditate over vistas and a glass of your favorite wine. And if work must be done, there is a mini office with a library by the saloon as well as flat Wi-Fi throughout.
Guests can savor Mediterranean specialties from their Chef in the interior or sundeck dining area. The interior dining lounge on the upper deck features two tables seating ten persons each.
The sundeck dining area holds a barbecue for show-cooking and a table that can seat 14 guests but can also be split into two tables for 10 each to ensure an intimate ambiance for groups of every size. The showstopper is the sundeck bar, with a backlit feature wall lined with translucent Italian gem glass, making this the place for starlit toasts. The Jacuzzi and expansive sunbathing area will keep guests enjoying the sundeck during the daytime.
The décor aboard MY Anthea is elegant and contemporary. In the exterior spaces, teak flooring and the neutral color palette of cool greys and warm sandy tones perfectly complement the turquoise Adriatic and pine-covered shores. Inside, walnut flooring and detailing add warmth and coziness. Setting the mood aboard MY Anthea is as simple as lifting a finger, with smart technologies, ambient lighting, an upgraded surround system (operated as a whole or in individual spaces), and the piano by the interior dining room.
As fun and fitness are an integral part of a true Adriatic experience, MY Anthea holds a plethora of toys and equipment for on-water activities (sea bob, 2 jet skis, SUPs, snorkeling and fishing equipment, wakeboards, water skis for adults and children, etc. The gym and sauna on the main deck make it easy to upkeep the health regimes. The multipurpose space next door can be converted either into a cabin for extra crew or an additional office.
Taking care of the guests’ wishes, needs and safety is the handpicked, experienced, and professional crew of 11 members which can, upon request, be expanded to include a tour leader or masseuse/yoga instructor.

This luxury villa is situated in a little piece of heaven near Split – Island Solta. Many call it a suburb of Split, as it is only 9 nautical miles or 17 kilometers from the popular tourist destination Split and has frequent boat connections. Island Solta has so much to offer. You’ll fall in love with its turquoise oasis, pristine nature, crystal clear sea, magnificent pebble beaches, peace, and calm. Besides relaxed sunbathing, Solta offers many other activities like biking, hiking, boating and kayaking, scuba diving with an instructor, and various excursions. But Solta doesn’t stop at that – you’ll absolutely enjoy its world-famous treasures: protected extra-virgin olive oil, honey known for its therapeutic properties, or superb red wine made from indigenous island grapes. There are numerous family-run farms on the island, where you can learn the art of making oil, wine, and honey. It comprises eight coves to discover.
Villa Rachel is located in the northern part of Necujam village, just 9 miles from city of Split. Beautiful beaches on both sides of the bay and a long seafront promenade make Necujam the perfect holiday getaway. This luxury villa has a modern design, a spacious yard with a private pool, an outdoor grill all the other amenities for a perfect vacation. The villa covers 260 m2 of living space, on a total of 500 m2 of land. It consists of three floors and is an ideal accommodation for 8 guests in three bedrooms, two of which have kingsize beds and bathrooms with showers, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The courtyard has a 29 m2 large pool, sun loungers, an outdoor covered dining table and seating area, an outdoor shower, and a Dalmatian grill. You will love sunbathing by the pool while watching the sea, or preparing delicious Dalmatian cuisine outside and eating al fresco in the fresh air.
The ground floor can be open to the terrace area with large sliding doors, which makes it feel like you’re just outdoors while you’re in the living room or kitchen. There is a comfortable and spacious living room with a large comfortable corner sofa and LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an island and a dining table for 8 people.
On the first floor are three en-suite bedrooms. Two are equipped with king-size beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with beautiful sea views. The third bedroom has two king-sized beds which can be used as single or additional beds for two people, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
There is an equipped gym in the basement of the villa for recreational activities, as well as a toilet and a room with a table and chairs.
Private parking for guests is provided.
