The villa facilities are as follows: Sea level – a beautiful private waterfront built of white stone, measuring 8x8m with two bollards for boats. It is possible to anchor a boat up to 25 m. On the side, there are stairs to enter the sea for swimming. To the right is a little shallow shoreline for children. Along the waterfront is a small two-bed apartment 8m2 and bathroom 4m2 with shower and toilet. The apartment can be used for sleeping or as a magazine for toys and accessories for the beach. Above the mentioned apartment, on level 1 is a terrace with benches, cushions, and a low table. On the side are two wine coolers and a sink with running water. On the second level is a stone table with 10 chairs which is used for alfresco dining. On the left side, about 15 meters away, there is a room with a toilet, a bidet, and a washing machine. The third level comprises of two ensuite apartments with double beds, wardrobes, and commodes. On the same level is a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, dishwasher, and large fridge. In front of the house is a covered terrace with an outdoor bed for relaxation. On the fourth level is a large terrace (18 m x 6 m), of which 3 meters in width is covered) with external chairs and a seating bench. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor BBQ. And finally, on the fifth level, you will find a low loft double bed apartment with a bathroom, used for auxiliary staff. To get to the town center from the villa, you can choose between using a vehicle, which takes about 15 minutes, or by boat, approximately 0.5 miles.
