Beach House Green Bay

It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house located by the crystal clear Croatian sea and white beach, which you will be able to enjoy on your Croatian villa holiday. It is located just off the roads and coast where you can easily access pine woods, olive woods, walkways and recreation trails. This house provides the ideal peaceful backdrop for your Croatian holiday, where you will be able to enjoy the sounds of waves, birds, crickets and the rustling of the nearby pine forests.

This holiday home is on one floor, where there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, a sitting room area and a terrace. In the guest house, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all with modern decorations and the highest level of comfort.

The outdoor terrace area features comfy seats, shade to escape the hot Mediterranean sun, and an outdoor barbecue area that you can enjoy. The villa features a large private pool, a luxurious Jacuzzi, a sandpit, and 4 sundecks so there is ample space for soaking up the sun.

CASABLANCA

MY Casablanca will give you incredible comfort in the salon for 45 persons, lounge bar with piano, open terrace for the 45 persons, 19 extraordinary equipped cabins with a service that will satisfy the most demanding guests. Exceptional liveaboard spaces; 250 square meters of open area for leisure and sunbathing, sauna, wellness zone with a massage on board and sundeck bar are just some of the facilities offered by the ship Casablanca.

Each cabin has two twin beds (90 x 200 cm) or one double bed (180 x 200 cm), with air-conditioning, plasma TV, free wireless internet, working tables, mirror, safety deposit box, night lamps, wooden wallboards, chair, electricity supply, safety and fire alarm installations, sanitary facilities, mini bar, toilet and shower with cabin.

Upper deck: salon restaurant, terrace, piano lounge, salon for crew, kitchen, computer corner, sun deck area.

Sun deck: wellness-massage area, gym, pool for 8 persons, sauna, sundeck beds, main bridge bar.

Public areas: outside terrace for 40 persons, inside the restaurant for 40 persons, lounge piano bar, massage pool, massage room, sauna, wellness and gym zone, 250 m2 sundeck area.

SON DE MAR

Son De Mar will accommodate 12 guests in six lavish cabins, each with ensuite, storage and 5-star details such as LED lighting, immaculate timber work and a stylish blend of contemporary and classic décor.

Along with the large 34m2 master cabin with super king bed 200x200cm, there are four double cabins 20m2 with super king-size beds 180x200cm and one 14m2 twin cabin with two single beds 100x200cm. Each with exquisite interior decoration and premium furnishings for guests’ absolute comfort and convenience.

Inside, the spacious, inviting saloon comprises a dining area and separate lounge with large windows which indulge guests with sublime water views and natural light.

With all the elegance and romance of cruising under sail, SON DE MAR will enchant her charter guests with the best of both worlds, with all the mod-cons a discerning charter guest could demand and an exceptional 7-member crew to attend to your every need.

Onboard SON DE MAR for guests’ exercise and enjoyment is an arsenal of water toys including a RIB tender, jet ski, water skis, wakeboard, paddleboards and snorkelling equipment.

CORSARIO

6 en-suite cabins for 12 guests present a perfect setup for a superb getaway, providing a relaxing atmosphere and unique spaces to all those in search of a distinctive travel experience.1 Master cabin (32 m2) with king-size bed, 1 Vip cabin (30 m2) with king-size bed, 2 Cabins (18 m2) with queen size bed, 2 Cabins (17 m2) with 2 twin beds.

Every cabin on the yacht is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning system, flatscreen TV, safe box, interphone and surround system with separate controls. Room service is available to guests as well.

A variety of amenities and detailed conveniences are available to guests throughout the yacht, from indoor lounge areas to outside spaces (main deck: 120m2). Sauna and massage rooms, vast sunbathing area with sundeck mattresses and chairs,
jacuzzi on the flybridge, spacious lounge area and outdoor dining area

The lounge area is equipped with Smart TV, DVD, CD, radio, Playstation 4, Pad/iPod/mobile docking station.

SEAGULL II

Seagull I can accommodate up to 12 guests. On the main deck, she boasts a VIP apartment consisting of two rooms, one room with Queen Size Bed and one room with Twin Beds with a common salon on the main deck. Both rooms have a bathroom with shower. On the lower deck, there is a master cabin also consisting of two rooms with queen size beds. The two rooms have one big common bathroom with Spa Pool and shower cabin. There is also a twin cabin and 2 double rooms both with queen beds all equipped with Sat TV and a stereo.

Classic beauty SEAGULL II has a vast range of tenders, water toys and accessories including a Custom Tender with 140 HP engine, a Custom Tender with a 70 HP engine, and a Speedboat for waterskiing with 70 HP engine. Her toys include a sea kayak, a wave runner, a bathing platform, water skis for children, snorkelling equipment, an exercise bicycle, a rowing machine, a Playstation and Computer with Wireless Internet access. She has Sat TV and stereo in all cabins and a Deck Spa Pool. Communications onboard include GPRS, a Satellite phone and Internet, VSAT ANTENNA SYSTEM EPAK SC 90.

CASSIOPEIA

Cassiopeia’s interior layout sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 rooms, including a master suite, 2 VIP staterooms and 2 twin cabins. Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings and sumptuous seating feature throughout to create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.

You’ll enjoy many leisure and entertainment facilities on board, making her ideal for entertaining friends and family on your charter vacation. There’s plenty of space for enjoying an alfresco lunch or dinner on the deck, or simply lounging in the sunshine and working on your tan.

This impressive yacht comes complete with a modern stabilization system to reduce roll motion even during rough seas, and the yacht also has ‘at anchor stabilizers’ to keep things smooth even at anchor/zero speed.

A Jacuzzi on deck is just perfect for relaxing with friends and family while taking in the breath-taking scenery after a long day of exploration.

Wi-Fi connection is available throughout, so you’ll be able to stay connected while you’re away, great for business, checking emails or sharing your experience on social media.

Air conditioning keeps conditions comfortable throughout the cabins, even on the warmest of days or nights.

Fun is easy to find thanks to toys onboard including 1 x Sail Boat 5.4m, 2 x SeaDoo Jet-Skis 215PS, Inflatable water toys, Water-Ski, Snorkelling Equipment, Scuba Diving Equipment, and Dive Compressor.

GRACE

Grace can accommodate up to 10 guests in her 5 elegantly designed cabins all with en suite facilities. The Master cabin is located on the main deck with a walk-in closet. On the lower deck are located two double cabins and two twin cabins all with large closets and en suite facilities.

The main salon offers a large fantastic sitting area which faces a flat-screen TV. As well, a formal dining table is in the same area and can seat up to 10 guests. The entire salon has plenty of natural light due to the panoramic windows, giving guests the ability to have their meal with a view. The yacht has respectful water equipment, a space flybridge, a lovely alfresco dining area in the aft, and an impressive teak swimming platform. There is also a TV/Media room located close to the captain’s command bridge, featuring a flat TV screen.

ALESSANDRO 1

The interior of this deluxe yacht is breathtaking with white as a dominant color which emphasizes the luxurious ambiance of the design. The yacht salon is very spacious and comfortable with the surface of 52m2 offering a light and airy environment with large windows, a wooden dining table for 10 yacht guests, 2 luxury sitting sets, and a boat bar.

Once onboard this beautiful yacht, most of your time you will be spending outside on the boat’s deck. The deck of this luxury sailing yacht provides ample deck space for outside relaxation and enjoyment. The aft deck offers a dining area with a large cushioned sitting area and dining table of an elegant as well as practical design. On the foredeck is a luxury seating area with a cocktail table, sun mattresses, and a jacuzzi tub with hot water and lights. Flybridge offers another comfortable seating area with sun mattresses. Light blankets for night cocktails on deck are at guests disposal.

Alessandro 1 provides luxury and very comfortable accommodation for 10 guests in 5 luxuriously appointed and spacious cabins. The guests will have a total of 4 double bed cabins and 1 twin bed cabin at their disposal. The master suite is the most spacious cabin on board with the surface of 28.7 m2 with an ensuite bathroom with shower box and home-type toilet. The Master cabin has a large king-size double bed, safe box, minibar, TV, and plenty of storage cabinets. The other 3 double cabins are very similar in size (13.00 m2) and design and also have a large king-size bed and TV. The twin bed cabin is slightly smaller with a surface of 8.30 m2.

All cabins are fully air-conditioned with unlimited usage of air condition 24 hours per day.  Bed linen can be changed twice per week. Cabins are cleaned every day. Laundry service is available on request.

All cabins have en-suite bathrooms with shower boxes and home-type toilets. In each bathroom, you will find a hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers. Guests will also have on their disposal 1 face towel, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, and 2 beach towels per person daily.

Luxury cosmetic line L’Occitane: hair shampoo and regenerator, body shampoo, and lotion is at guest’s disposal in each bathroom. Sun protecting lotion Avene is also at guests disposal.

OMNIA

From the deck there is access directly to the main salon, steps up to the upper sun deck and down to the lower swim platform from where the crew will launch the water toys. The upper sun deck boasts a wonderful bubbling jacuzzi, the perfect place to relax after a day on the water or an invigorating sauna that is available on the port side of the main deck. For sun worshippers the deck is also fitted with two wide sun pads, deck chairs and an extremely comfortable lounge and wet bar, which can be covered with a shade if required.
