Villa Amelie
The interiors of Villa Amelie have been filled with plenty of daylight thanks to the large windows, rooms are enriched with sophisticated materials and details, such as Swarovski chandeliers, Persian rugs, marble flooring, famous art, and sculptures.
As you descend from the parking, you will enter an elegant foyer, the central point of a bright, open-concept space spreading over two levels and separated by a marble staircase. The office area with enchanting sea views is only a few steps from the foyer and next to it, there is a well-equipped fitness room to help you stay active during your holiday. The lower level comprises a chic living room with a 60” TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a custom-made table for 12. Exiting from the dining area, spacious terraces with designer furniture, an infinity swimming pool, and an outdoor dining area on the adjacent shaded terrace offer complete relaxation and stunning views of the shimmering Adriatic sea.
Villa features 5 luxurious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, accommodating 10 guests in bedrooms and 2 additional guests on pull-out sofas. Three bedrooms are positioned on the west side and two, separate guest units on the east.
The Master bedroom offers a variety of artistic details and first-class amenities featuring an en suite bathroom with a massage tub by the front window. The spacious and elegant deluxe bedroom next door also enjoys this privileged view from its Jacuzzi while the bedroom on the lower level offers beautiful sights from its two terraces, shaded and sunny. All the bedrooms are double, spacious and with their own private bathrooms.
As with everything else, sunbathing and swimming are also special experiences at villa Amelie. A large infinity swimming pool with an outdoor lounge and terraces overlooking the sea and a stone staircase leading to the pier with sun loungers and the dock capable of anchoring yachts up to 25 m.
Villa Trsteno
Guests are welcomed into the villa through fragrant Mediterranean gardens and a tucked-away terrace lounge with a barbecue and heated pool. The ground floor has an open-concept kitchen, dining and living area and the upper level has four bedrooms. The unique villa comes with a roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic views of beautiful Dubrovnik. The villa can comfortably fit 8 guests, with pull out sofas accommodating 4 more. The modern ground floor is an airy, bright L-shaped space. To the right, a spacious living room is decorated with quirky furnishings and a large TV. To the left, there is a fully furnished kitchen with state of the art appliances which allow you to feel at home with home cooking. In the middle of the room, bathed in daylight, it a large wooden dining table that can comfortably seat 12 guests. On the first floor, there are four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. With high ceilings and large open spaces, these rooms feel grand and make it easy to accommodate extra guests on pull-out sofas. The front rooms benefit from beautiful sea views, while the other bedrooms are offered views of the serene village surroundings. Each modern room comes equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV. From the ground floor, you can walk out on the private terrace. An alluring alternative to the lively local beaches, the heated pool features a unique black and white tiling design. If you are travelling with family, the terrace is bound to entertain and bring together all generations in your party. To top it all off, walk up to the open-air terrace on the roof of the villa to find yourself immersed in breath-taking panoramas. Come up to enjoy breath-taking views and allow yourself to breathe in the fresh air. To make sure you enjoy every moment of your stay, the Villa Manager will welcome you upon arrival at the villa.
