Adriana Superior Room
Villa Viola
Villa Viola is a stunning stone villa located in the center of Cavtat’s Old Town. Cavtat is a pretty, small town located approximately 20 km south of Dubrovnik and only 22 km from the border with Montenegro. It’s the perfect location if you want to be close to Dubrovnik but desire to be away from the crowd and spend time in Cavtat town. Cavtat dates from the 15th and 16th centuries and curves around a scenic harbor bordered by pebble beaches. The pleasant harbormaster promenade is lined with palm trees and there are some interesting sights within the town.
The villa offers absolute privacy for its guests being surrounded by a stone wall allowing you to enjoy peace and quiet in the relaxing outdoor area of the small Mediterranean garden. Villa Viola accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over three floors of the property completed with modern amenities.
On the ground floor, as you enter the villa, there is a lovely open space with a living/dining area and kitchen along with the stairs leading up to the upper levels. The stone walls and wooden beams ceilings make up a beautiful traditional design with modern elements to keep the interior clean and fresh. There is a dining table and chairs for 8 people as well as laundry and toilet for guests on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over 3 floors. Three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower whereas one bedroom has a bathtub as well.
Outside there is a lovely, modern design garden with just minimalist details and modern furniture for relaxation in the sun with a lounge sitting area under the roof if you want to hide in the shade and enjoy your drink. There is also a Jacuzzi, a swinging egg chair and deck chairs just under the tree to protect you from the sun. You have a grill at your disposal too. A sauna is available too.

Villa Greta is an exclusive retreat located in a small Istrian village, just a short drive from Labin and the beautiful beaches of Rabac. From the main terrace there is an entrance to the wellness area with sauna and loung and to the ground floor of the smaller house. You’ll find a cozy living room here, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and an additional toilet. On the first floor there are bedrooms – a master bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with shower and a terrace to enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom, too.
For active guests there are 10 bicycles they can use to explore the surrounding nature and no traffic trails.
