The villa is situated in Kastel Luksis, between cities of Split and Trogir. Both city centers are protected by UNESCO as the World Heritage Sites. Furthermore, the villa is only 7 km away from the airport, 17 km from the ferry port, 3,8 km from marina, and 1,1 km from the gas station.

The villa comprises a large and small kitchen, dining/living room area, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, separate WC, gym, sauna and tavern with an indoor fireplace. The interior surface is 350 m2 big and it spreads over three floors. It’s big enough to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in six bedrooms.

Bedrooms are as follows: on the first floor are a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two additional beds (beds size 80 x 200 cm). On the ground floor is a double bed, and the last two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor (double bedroom and a triple bedroom with double and single bed).

To make your stay as pleasant as possible the villa has been equipped with all equipment you might need, like air-conditioning, heating, wireless Internet, TV set, and washing machine.

The outside area features a beautiful swimming pool, shower and WC. In addition, at your disposal is an outdoor hot tub and it’s possible to organize a daily cleaning upon request (surcharge).

Villa Maurice is a luxurious waterfront property with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The layout is perfect for families or large groups of up to 12 guests. The Villa is fully staffed with maids and a manager, acting also as a concierge who speaks 3 different languages (English, German, Croatian). Each room has its own terrace, a king-size bed (of which 4 are separable), an en-suite bathroom and high-speed internet. Every room was thoughtfully designed in its own unique style.
