Villa Oasis of Peace
The villa consists of a living room and four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a terrace with an 18m2 large pool. The living room is equipped with a large comfortable sofa with plenty of cushions, a TV, a stereo system, and a coffee table. Large terrace doors, adjacent to the living room, open out to an area of the terrace with outdoor seating. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, all decorated in a modern style with white furnishings, TV, and hardwood flooring. The master bedroom boasts a charming balcony with breathtaking panoramic views that make waking up in the morning a joy. The fourth and final bedroom is a smaller single, also furnished in white. The garden and terrace are well tended with a decadent array of lush Mediterranean plants and a selection of areas to enjoy views and relax in the warm weather, including outdoor armchairs, sun loungers and a covered dining area. Villa Margareta
The villa is situated in Kastel Luksis, between cities of Split and Trogir. Both city centers are protected by UNESCO as the World Heritage Sites. Furthermore, the villa is only 7 km away from the airport, 17 km from the ferry port, 3,8 km from marina, and 1,1 km from the gas station.
The villa comprises a large and small kitchen, dining/living room area, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, separate WC, gym, sauna and tavern with an indoor fireplace. The interior surface is 350 m2 big and it spreads over three floors. It’s big enough to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in six bedrooms.
Bedrooms are as follows: on the first floor are a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two additional beds (beds size 80 x 200 cm). On the ground floor is a double bed, and the last two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor (double bedroom and a triple bedroom with double and single bed).
To make your stay as pleasant as possible the villa has been equipped with all equipment you might need, like air-conditioning, heating, wireless Internet, TV set, and washing machine.
The outside area features a beautiful swimming pool, shower and WC. In addition, at your disposal is an outdoor hot tub and it’s possible to organize a daily cleaning upon request (surcharge).

This charming villa is located directly on the sea in the Uleni Bok Bay, 4,5 km away from the center of the town Hvar. The villa is located in the area which is a private park, inhabited by mouflon, stags, hinds, and other animals.
Villa Paradise is one of only six houses located in the bay, so this property provides maximum privacy for 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. This villa is a perfect choice for larger families, or groups of friends, searching for accommodation in a calm and relaxing environment. The villa facilities are as follows: Sea level – a beautiful private waterfront built of white stone, measuring 8x8m with two bollards for boats. It is possible to anchor a boat up to 25 m. On the side, there are stairs to enter the sea for swimming. To the right is a little shallow shoreline for children. Along the waterfront is a small two-bed apartment 8m2 and bathroom 4m2 with shower and toilet. The apartment can be used for sleeping or as a magazine for toys and accessories for the beach. Above the mentioned apartment, on level 1 is a terrace with benches, cushions, and a low table. On the side are two wine coolers and a sink with running water. On the second level is a stone table with 10 chairs which is used for alfresco dining. On the left side, about 15 meters away, there is a room with a toilet, a bidet, and a washing machine. The third level comprises of two ensuite apartments with double beds, wardrobes, and commodes. On the same level is a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, dishwasher, and large fridge. In front of the house is a covered terrace with an outdoor bed for relaxation. On the fourth level is a large terrace (18 m x 6 m), of which 3 meters in width is covered) with external chairs and a seating bench. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor BBQ. And finally, on the fifth level, you will find a low loft double bed apartment with a bathroom, used for auxiliary staff. To get to the town center from the villa, you can choose between using a vehicle, which takes about 15 minutes, or by boat, approximately 0.5 miles.
