Villa Olivia

The luxury Villa Olivia is located on the island of Brac — known as the island of stone, only 10 m from the sea, with a heated infinity swimming pool and only 1 km from the picturesque village of Sumartin.

What makes this villa super special is that it is built of pure white limestone, or shortly Brac stone, just like the White House in Washington D.C. in the USA. To make it even more interesting, Brac stone has been used to create parliament buildings in both Budapest and Vienna as well as in buildings throughout Europe.

Villa is situated on one of the popular and attractive destinations on the Adriatic coast and offers a huge number of different holiday activities like diving, sailing, kiting, as well as cultural sights, and natural treasures you do not want to miss, e.g. Dragon’s Cave.

Villa Olivia has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 toilet, and is suitable for the accommodation of 12 to 14 people max.

All three floors of this spectacular villa (ground, mezzanine, and first floor) are high-end designs with modern furniture and stunning sea views.

On the ground floor, there’s an open space terrace with infinity, a heated swimming pool, a gorgeous outdoor relaxing area with a hammock, and a barbecue. There’s a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, along with an expansive en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed.

On the mezzanine level, you will find 3 spacious living rooms with seating furniture, 3 luxurious bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite, and additional sofas.

On the first floor, there’s a kitchenette and a sitting room with a TV, 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which has an extra single bed, and 2 designer bathrooms with a bathtub. There are also 2 terraces on the same floor.

Villa Olivia, besides the modern and luxury indoor design, offers a spacious and luxury design of the outdoors which offers several terraces equipped with lounge furniture, hammocks, a hot tub for 12 people, an organic vegetable garden, table tennis. The villa is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing holiday but also provides you with fun activities and is only a couple of steps from the crystal blue water.

There is a possibility of a boat mooring in front of the villa as well.

Villa Emma

Villa Emma offers a truly unique vacation for up to 11 guests in 5 luxury-designed en-suite rooms.

Only a few steps from the sea, in a peaceful and quiet area, with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, spa…this modern design villa is located only 3 km from the small, picturesque towns of Selca and Sumartin. It is also only a 35 min. drive to the largest city of the island Brac, Supetar.

Villa Emma is a three-floor house with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, spa, gym, sauna, wine room, and entertainment room. It has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 toilet and it is the ideal accommodation for larger families or groups of friends.

The grand floor offers a luxuriously decorated living room, two fully equipped kitchens, a bar, and a guest toilet. From the living room, you can enter the spa area with a gym, infrared sauna, and bathroom. There is a laundry room on this floor too.

The first floor has three spacious and luxuriously decorated bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a beautiful view of the sea horizon. There’s an entertainment room on the same floor with two satellite TVs, table football, sofas for your comfort, and some movie nights.

On the second floor of the villa, there’s a central lobby with a sofa and two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace overlooking the sea. The terrace is equipped with seating for your full comfort.

The second floor of the villa has an exit leading to private parking for guests located at the backside of the villa.

The outdoor area is the perfect place for relaxation, being surrounded by pine trees and beautiful Dalmatian greenery. This villa has a couple of terraces to choose from where you can fully relax and enjoy the fresh air.

The main terrace has an infinity pool and an open space with outdoor seating.

Villa Antonella

At only 300 meters from the center of Korcula lies Villa Antonella.  Arriving at this beautiful property of the luxury villa Antonella, the first thing you will notice is the carefully landscaped garden with a spacious heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. For complete enjoyment, there is also an outdoor Jacuzzi where you can relax while enjoying the unrealistically beautiful scenes of the starry sky. The property interior has been renovated to high standards and is furnished with many works of art. Villa consists of 4 luxury en-suite bedrooms with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, gym, and private parking for two cars. Every room is carefully decorated with its unique charm. Holiday Home Maris

Holiday Home Maris is located in a small village Bicine, just 1 km from the area of Skadin and Krka waterfalls. What distinguishes this villa from the others is certainly this magnificent, more than 150-year-old property. The location of the villa is perfect for those who want to enjoy untouched nature but still be able to visit historical Dalmatian towns nearby.

The House is renovated in 2018. and offers you peace and quiet for full relaxation in the beautiful surrounding area of Skradin. It sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, and it can accommodate 2 extra guests on the pull-out sofa in the living room.

The property includes 2 separate houses and it comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with an indoor fireplace and TV and stereo surround system, WiFi Internet connection in the whole property, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor kitchens, a big dining area for the guests, and even 2 swimming pools. All 5 bedrooms are furnished with double beds (bed size 180 x 200 cm). Furthermore, all of the 5 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower cabin or a bathtub.

The outdoor area features a gorgeous partly covered terrace from which guests can enjoy the view of the area or relax on the deck chairs beside the swimming pools. The surface of the pool is 32 sq. meters. On the terrace guests can use 2 stone barbeques and outdoor kitchens while dining outside on warm summer nights. Holiday home Maris is also equipped with two saunas and two outdoor hydro-massage tubs.

Children will surely have fun in the outside area on the slide or in the playhouse.

Villa Lara

Vill Lara is located in Stanici, a small Dalmatian tourist resort located only 5 km from the historic town of Omis. Its steep slopes offer breathtaking views as well as full comfort in newly built villas. The air here is clean and fresh, the sea blue and clear, the beaches quiet and clean, far from the aggressive hustle and bustle of modern life and the tourism industry. In the surrounding area, it is still possible to find ‘your own’ beach or at least a quiet corner. Just a 25-minute drive will bring you to Split one of the most beautiful cities in the Adriatic, the city of the world-famous UNESCO-protected Diocletian’s Palace. The luxurious Villa Lara is located on a 1000 m2 property and has 400 m2 of living space, extending over 3 floors: ground floor, first and second floor. Villa Margareta

The villa is situated in Kastel Luksis, between cities of Split and Trogir. Both city centers are protected by UNESCO as the World Heritage Sites. Furthermore, the villa is only 7 km away from the airport, 17 km from the ferry port, 3,8 km from marina, and 1,1 km from the gas station.

The villa comprises a large and small kitchen, dining/living room area, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, separate WC, gym, sauna and tavern with an indoor fireplace. The interior surface is 350 m2 big and it spreads over three floors. It’s big enough to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in six bedrooms.

Bedrooms are as follows: on the first floor are a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two additional beds (beds size 80 x 200 cm). On the ground floor is a double bed, and the last two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor (double bedroom and a triple bedroom with double and single bed).

To make your stay as pleasant as possible the villa has been equipped with all equipment you might need, like air-conditioning, heating, wireless Internet, TV set, and washing machine.

The outside area features a beautiful swimming pool, shower and WC. In addition, at your disposal is an outdoor hot tub and it’s possible to organize a daily cleaning upon request (surcharge).

Beach House Green Bay

It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house located by the crystal clear Croatian sea and white beach, which you will be able to enjoy on your Croatian villa holiday.
