Villa Dubrovnik Diva
Villa Dubrovnik Diva is a gorgeous 5-star luxury villa located just minutes from the famous Dubrovnik Old Town. This way you will have a close vacinity to the most attractive area of Dubrovnik just steps away but also the privacy and peace inside the property. Situated on the hillside, the villa offers divine views of the Adriatic sea and City of Dubrovnik which you don’t want to miss. Dubrovnik is one of the most popular destination south on the Adriatic coast. This simply magnificent historic city founded in the 7th century is a world-famous location offering unforgettable experiences for it’s visitors.
The villa accommodates 14 guests and spreads over 5 floors which are connected by stairs and elevator. More than spacious, this villa covers 500 m2 and consists of the main building in which there is a separate apartment, wine bar and a beautiful garden, outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a SPA/fitness area, a sauna, Jacuzzi, a billiard room with bar for socializing.
The villa has seven double rooms, each with a modern en-suite bathroom, and three additional toilets. Some bedrooms have entrance to a furnished terrace, and one with the extra privacy of a guest annex, complete with a living/dining room and a discretely placed kitchenette.
The villa has a strategic location which gives you the most stunning views of the sea but also ensures your complete privacy in every area of the villa.

Villa Sara
Villa Sara is a stunning 5-star beachfront villa, close to the town of Trogir and Split, located in the Ciovo Area (Okrug Gornji). It accommodates up to 11 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms, and it is only 25m from the sea.
Villa Sara is a modern luxury villa offering everything for a perfect holiday – 6 bedrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen, spacious elegant living area, gym, beautiful and cozy outdoor area with outdoor furniture and sea view, and sauna with an indoor heating pool.
The villa has 4 levels: basement, ground floor, first, and the second floor across 300 m² indoors.
Outside, there is a beautiful spacious garden with a terrace surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean greenery, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool (35 m2) with a shower, and a fireplace. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea from the terrace and the old historic town of Trogir in the distance.
In the basement of Villa Sara, there is a luxurious spa area with a heated indoor swimming pool (50 sq m, with a counter-current system), sauna, bathroom with shower, gym, and entertainment room with billiard table.
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room, with a guest toilet nearby. On this floor, there are also two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms with a shower. One of the rooms also has access to the terrace with a swimming pool.
The first and second floor of the villa are designed as sleeping areas. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one single room and two with double beds. On the second floor is the sixth bedroom, also equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom.

Villa Lim
Villa Lim can comfortably accommodate 10 guests on their 680m2 of interior space which spreads over a plot of 3800 m2. On the ground floor villa contains a SPA center which includes an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, sauna, shower, gym, children’s playroom, relaxation room with television, and billiards table. On the ground floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a bar. Upstairs there are five fully-equipped bedrooms featuring a TV, a private bathroom with a shower or a bathtub, and a private terrace with sea views. The four bedrooms contain double beds while in one room there are two single beds that can be connected.
Nearby the Villa small sport airport is situated which gives the possibility for the guests to arrive by private jet or chopper. We can organize for you a flight for up to 12 persons or offer you arrival with the chopper which can be at your disposal during your stay (everything by prior arrangement). The runway is 800 m long. Furthermore, we can arrange panoramic flights and sightseeing of the whole Croatian coast with the islands, all the way to Dubrovnik..
Villa Lim is situated in a very peaceful and intimate location in the nature reserve Limski Kanal (Bay of Lim), which is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Istria. The channel is a bit longer than 10 km and it is on both sides surrounded by steep cliffs in some places up to100 m high. Its name comes from the word „limes“, a Latin word for „border“. Lim bay used to be a border between Pula’s and Porec ager publicus, but today it is the border between Vrsar and Rovinj. The bottom of the channel hides many pieces of antique items. It is assumed that during the storm, antique ships were hiding in the channel and, while waiting for better weather, were cleaning the ships, throwing into the sea everything that did not survive the journey on a turbulent sea. In the area of Lim bay is situated Romuald’s cave – an archaeological site from the paleolithic and a very interesting speleological object with cave decoration. Pirate’s cave is one of the caves along the Lim bay and it is accessible only from the sea. The sea in Lim bay is very clean, which is favorable for the cultivation of shellfish, spawning of fish, and swimming. Lims bay is very known for the cultivation of shellfish (which you can taste at the nearby restaurant or can be prepared in the villa.
Villa Regina
Villa Regina is located in the historical heart of the seaside town of Hvar. From its magnificent stone baroque balcony, it captures breathtaking views of the Riva esplanade and the harbour beyond. Modern yachts and classic sailboats adorn the waterfront just meters away while Fortica, the 16th Century Fortress, protectively watches over this popular port of call and the surrounding Pakleni Islands.
The Villa was originally built in 1612, during the baroque period, when Venice exhibited a strong influence all along Adriatic. Today it is preserved as a heritage monument and is protected under the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. It was first owned by the well-known Stalio family as well as the Marchi family, one of the oldest Italian families in Hvar. The Villa, along with the Gothic pool house and garden was fully renovated between 2007 and 2009, in strict accordance with the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments.
The property has a floor area of 450 m2 across three floors. Guests will enjoy 5 well-appointed luxury bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for up to 10 people and a large open plan living area with a library, fireplace, kitchen and dining room. For those looking to wind up or wind down, the lower ground floor opens up to wellness facilities and a wine cellar.
Just beyond the doors of the Villa, an expansive Mediterranean garden awaits and is home to a variety of citrus trees, figs, lavender and rosemary bushes. In the garden, you’ll find an old Gothic house with a heated pool that can be converted for outdoor or indoor use to suit your visit year-round.

There is an abundance of things to experience once outside the Villa as well. Hvar can capably cater to a variety of different tastes and preferences. You can enjoy long sea-side walks around the island, hike to Fortica Fortress – rewarding you with magnificent views of Pakleni Islands, tennis staged along with an archipelago view, or take an architectural tour of the many historic buildings in town. Sailing, an integral part of the island’s identity, is one of the best-placed activities you can experience while on Hvar and can be happily organised down to the very last detail for you – advance notice is recommended.
