Villa Dubrovnik Diva is a gorgeous 5-star luxury villa located just minutes from the famous Dubrovnik Old Town. The villa accommodates 14 guests and spreads over 5 floors which are connected by stairs and elevator. More than spacious, this villa covers 500 m2 and consists of the main building in which there is a separate apartment, wine bar and a beautiful garden, outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a SPA/fitness area, a sauna, Jacuzzi, a billiard room with bar for socializing.

The villa has seven double rooms, each with a modern en-suite bathroom, and three additional toilets. Some bedrooms have entrance to a furnished terrace, and one with the extra privacy of a guest annex, complete with a living/dining room and a discretely placed kitchenette.

Villa Amphora

Villa Amphora is a stunning luxurious stone-built holiday property only a few minutes from the center of the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik. Designed and furnished to high standards, this villa is a perfect mix of tradition and contemporary, equipped with all modern amenities for a perfect holiday.

The villa spreads over 300 m2 on the two floors and will accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Villa Tea

Villa Tea is a luxury beachfront villa with a private heated pool, sauna, by the sea, and in a peaceful location in the bay of Grscica on Korcula Island. Grscica is a small village located on the southern side of the island of Korcula, 14 km away from Vela Luka and 7 km from Blato.

The closest restaurants and markets are in Prizba, only 2 kilometers away. The area around Grscica has many beautiful bays, beaches, and islands that are easy to visit and can be quickly reached by rental boat services. This area is also full of beautiful diving locations.

If you want to experience a more urban area of the island, you can visit Korcula or Vela Luka towns on the island. Korcula is considered one of Croatia’s most treasured islands. In the summer season you can enjoy a number of cultural and entertaining events in the bigger towns on the island — from authentic folklore evenings, art exhibitions, fishermen’s evenings, music, dancing, singing… along with the untouched nature and clear crystal blue waters of the Adriatic Sea.

Villa Tea spreads over 4 levels: the ground floor, first floor, second floor, and third floor.

The ground floor of the property is reserved for housekeepers responsible for taking care of the villa.

On the first floor, outside, you’ll enter a spacious terrace with a heated private swimming pool (5x3m), along with an outdoor shower and deck chairs, sitting furniture, and table and chairs. Indoors, there’s a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and bar, dining room, and living room with a fireplace, leather sofa, and TV. This level also has three modern bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and TV, and a guest toilet.

The first and second floors of the villa are connected by exterior stairs. The outdoor area on the second floor offers an outdoor barbecue, a terrace with a dining table, and stunning sea views. Inside, on the second floor, there are three modern bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and TV, along with a guest toilet in the hallway. There’s also a living room with a leather sofa and a TV, connected to the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with a bar.

This luxurious villa has a separate area reserved only for indoor wellness and for your entertainment. You will find another jacuzzi here, a sauna, and a pool table for both fun and relaxation.

Villa Lim

Villa Lim can comfortably accommodate 10 guests on their 680m2 of interior space which spreads over a plot of 3800 m2. On the ground floor villa contains a SPA center which includes an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, sauna, shower, gym, children’s playroom, relaxation room with television, and billiards table. On the ground floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a bar. Upstairs there are five fully-equipped bedrooms featuring a TV, a private bathroom with a shower or a bathtub, and a private terrace with sea views. The four bedrooms contain double beds while in one room there are two single beds that can be connected.

Nearby the Villa small sport airport is situated which gives the possibility for the guests to arrive by private jet or chopper. We can organize for you a flight for up to 12 persons or offer you arrival with the chopper which can be at your disposal during your stay (everything by prior arrangement). The runway is 800 m long. Furthermore, we can arrange panoramic flights and sightseeing of the whole Croatian coast with the islands, all the way to Dubrovnik..

Villa Lim is situated in a very peaceful and intimate location in the nature reserve Limski Kanal (Bay of Lim), which is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Istria. The channel is a bit longer than 10 km and it is on both sides surrounded by steep cliffs in some places up to100 m high. Its name comes from the word „limes“, a Latin word for „border“. Lim bay used to be a border between Pula’s and Porec ager publicus, but today it is the border between Vrsar and Rovinj. The bottom of the channel hides many pieces of antique items. It is assumed that during the storm, antique ships were hiding in the channel and, while waiting for better weather, were cleaning the ships, throwing into the sea everything that did not survive the journey on a turbulent sea. In the area of Lim bay is situated Romuald’s cave – an archaeological site from the paleolithic and a very interesting speleological object with cave decoration. Pirate’s cave is one of the caves along the Lim bay and it is accessible only from the sea. The sea in Lim bay is very clean, which is favorable for the cultivation of shellfish, spawning of fish, and swimming. Lims bay is very known for the cultivation of shellfish (which you can taste at the nearby restaurant or can be prepared in the villa.

Villa Regina

Villa Regina is located in the historical heart of the seaside town of Hvar. From its magnificent stone baroque balcony, it captures breathtaking views of the Riva esplanade and the harbour beyond. Modern yachts and classic sailboats adorn the waterfront just meters away while Fortica, the 16th Century Fortress, protectively watches over this popular port of call and the surrounding Pakleni Islands.

The Villa was originally built in 1612, during the baroque period, when Venice exhibited a strong influence all along Adriatic. Today it is preserved as a heritage monument and is protected under the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. It was first owned by the well-known Stalio family as well as the Marchi family, one of the oldest Italian families in Hvar. The Villa, along with the Gothic pool house and garden was fully renovated between 2007 and 2009, in strict accordance with the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments.

The property has a floor area of 450 m2 across three floors. Guests will enjoy 5 well-appointed luxury bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for up to 10 people and a large open plan living area with a library, fireplace, kitchen and dining room. For those looking to wind up or wind down, the lower ground floor opens up to wellness facilities and a wine cellar.

Just beyond the doors of the Villa, an expansive Mediterranean garden awaits and is home to a variety of citrus trees, figs, lavender and rosemary bushes. In the garden, you’ll find an old Gothic house with a heated pool that can be converted for outdoor or indoor use to suit your visit year-round.

There is an abundance of things to experience once outside the Villa as well. Hvar can capably cater to a variety of different tastes and preferences. You can enjoy long sea-side walks around the island, hike to Fortica Fortress – rewarding you with magnificent views of Pakleni Islands, tennis staged along with an archipelago view, or take an architectural tour of the many historic buildings in town. Sailing, an integral part of the island’s identity, is one of the best-placed activities you can experience while on Hvar and can be happily organised down to the very last detail for you – advance notice is recommended.

Villa Korina

Villa Korina is an award-winning villa in peaceful Mirca, close to Supetar, the central town of Brac island. Villa is situated just a few meters from the beach and with spacious outdoor areas that offer fabulous views of the sea and the mainland. On 320 m² of the interior, decorated with design furniture, the villa can accommodate up to 13 guests and consists of a 4 bedroom (main house) and 2 bedrooms in the annexe.

On the ground floor of the main house are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each with its own small terrace, extra toilet with a laundry, spacious living room with TV set and fireplace, dining area and centrally positioned main kitchen. The Master bedroom on the first floor of the main house is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a big bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bathtub for two. The Master bedroom has a direct exit to a huge first-floor terrace with fantastic views of the sea and sunsets. The guest annexe and the main house are just next to each other and are connected with porches and terraces. The annexe consists of 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional gourmet kitchen.

The seaside outdoor area features a large veranda on stone pillars, bringing shade over a dining table for 14, a wooden pool deck area with a number of sun-beds and a 24m² heated infinity swimming pool. Villa is surrounded by gardens and lawns and has direct access to a petty pebble beach. The path leading to the beach passes between a small vineyard and a garden featuring organic fruits, vegetables and a variety of Mediterranean herbs.

Luxury Villa Korina is built to the highest standards with respect to ECOLOGY, ENERGY EFFICIENCY, NATURE and LOCAL COMMUNITY. Water is heated using SOLAR POWER, wastewater is biologically processed, swimming pool is also heated by solar systems and for cleaning we use only BIODEGRADABLE products. The interiors of Villa Amelie have been filled with plenty of daylight thanks to the large windows,  rooms are enriched with sophisticated materials and details, such as Swarovski chandeliers, Persian rugs, marble flooring, famous art, and sculptures.

As you descend from the parking, you will enter an elegant foyer, the central point of a bright, open-concept space spreading over two levels and separated by a marble staircase. The office area with enchanting sea views is only a few steps from the foyer and next to it, there is a well-equipped fitness room to help you stay active during your holiday. The lower level comprises a chic living room with a 60” TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a custom-made table for 12. Exiting from the dining area, spacious terraces with designer furniture, an infinity swimming pool, and an outdoor dining area on the adjacent shaded terrace offer complete relaxation and stunning views of the shimmering Adriatic sea.

Villa features 5 luxurious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, accommodating 10 guests in bedrooms and 2 additional guests on pull-out sofas. Three bedrooms are positioned on the west side and two, separate guest units on the east.

The Master bedroom offers a variety of artistic details and first-class amenities featuring an en suite bathroom with a massage tub by the front window. The spacious and elegant deluxe bedroom next door also enjoys this privileged view from its Jacuzzi while the bedroom on the lower level offers beautiful sights from its two terraces, shaded and sunny.
