One of the main highlights of the property for sure is floor to ceiling window which provides an unsurpassed view over the bay and the Peljesac peninsula. The whole property is luxurious and elegant designed and has been equipped using the best of everything, from the outstanding crystal chandeliers to the finest stone sinks, gorgeous fabrics, and contemporary furnishings.

Comfortably designed, open concept living room area and contemporary kitchen open onto an outside terrace and pool area. The living room combines exquisite furniture and artwork mixed with antique pieces from around Europe. Besides this, a self-contained gym with a sauna, and a shower room can also be found on the ground floor.

On the entrance level, two restfully furnished bedrooms with en suite bathrooms can be found off the main entrance hall. Both of the mentioned bedrooms can be open onto a large balcony with breathtaking views. On the middle floor, the other two bedrooms have large king-size beds which can be made into twin single beds.

Large and incredibly light and airy rooms are opening on to extensive terraces, partly shaded, comfortably furnished. Infinity pool with stunning views over the bay is truly a stress-free zone. Below the pool area, one can sunbathe on the deck chairs or easily jump on the paddle boards or canoes which is truly one of the advantages of direct sea access. Besides this, the villa has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels.  A boat and skipper can be hired daily allowing guests to be transported to other islands and to experience a full range of water sports.

Villa Botanica was built in 2017 on the island of Ciovo, a mere 3.2 km from the ancient city of Trogir. The unique Mediterranean surroundings give this private villa the spirit of traditional island life combined with ultimate contemporary elegance and luxury.
The property has a private entrance and safe and secure parking for guests. The villa is situated just 30 meters from the beach, which is suitable for all ages. The ground floor at this stunning Villa features a private infinity swimming pool, children’s playground, a garden, and a shaded pergola. The terrace area surrounding the pool and the upper lounge terrace is equipped with luxurious and comfortable sunbathing loungers, LCD TV and a surround system. You will also find a lovely dining set for ten and a barbecue.  The bright and elegant living room and sitting area are exquisitely furnished with designer furniture, lighting, and carpets. Both have access to the terrace and the swimming pool and overlook the sea. There is a Jacuzzi bath in the living room extension. Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped gym and a modern sauna.

Villa Margareta

The villa is situated in Kastel Luksis, between cities of Split and Trogir. Both city centers are protected by UNESCO as the World Heritage Sites. Furthermore, the villa is only 7 km away from the airport, 17 km from the ferry port, 3,8 km from marina, and 1,1 km from the gas station.

The villa comprises a large and small kitchen, dining/living room area, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, separate WC, gym, sauna and tavern with an indoor fireplace. The interior surface is 350 m2 big and it spreads over three floors. It’s big enough to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in six bedrooms.

Bedrooms are as follows: on the first floor are a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two additional beds (beds size 80 x 200 cm). On the ground floor is a double bed, and the last two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor (double bedroom and a triple bedroom with double and single bed).

To make your stay as pleasant as possible the villa has been equipped with all equipment you might need, like air-conditioning, heating, wireless Internet, TV set, and washing machine.

The outside area features a beautiful swimming pool, shower and WC. In addition, at your disposal is an outdoor hot tub and it’s possible to organize a daily cleaning upon request (surcharge).

Villa Maurice

Villa Maurice is a luxurious waterfront property with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The layout is perfect for families or large groups of up to 12 guests. Designed with great attention to detail by a Croatian architect, Villa Maurice combines local materials, like the famous Brac stone and top-quality furniture from all over the world in order to create a comfortable ambiance for its guests. The generous use of glass and sliding window doors ensures the breathtaking sea view is preserved in every room. The villa offers an infinity-edge swimming pool, a gym room, a sauna and a floating dock with moorings. It is also equipped with an elevator and has one bedroom which specifically fits disabled people. The Villa is fully staffed with maids and a manager, acting also as a concierge who speaks 3 different languages (English, German, Croatian). Each room has its own terrace, a king-size bed (of which 4 are separable), an en-suite bathroom and high-speed internet. Every room was thoughtfully designed in its own unique style.
