Villa Tea is a luxury beachfront villa with a private heated pool, sauna, by the sea, and in a peaceful location in the bay of Grscica on Korcula Island. Grscica is a small village located on the southern side of the island of Korcula, 14 km away from Vela Luka and 7 km from Blato.

The closest restaurants and markets are in Prizba, only 2 kilometers away. The area around Grscica has many beautiful bays, beaches, and islands that are easy to visit and can be quickly reached by rental boat services. This area is also full of beautiful diving locations.

If you want to experience a more urban area of the island, you can visit Korcula or Vela Luka towns on the island. Korcula is considered one of Croatia’s most treasured islands. In the summer season you can enjoy a number of cultural and entertaining events in the bigger towns on the island — from authentic folklore evenings, art exhibitions, fishermen’s evenings, music, dancing, singing… along with the untouched nature and clear crystal blue waters of the Adriatic Sea.

Villa Tea spreads over 4 levels: the ground floor, first floor, second floor, and third floor.

The ground floor of the property is reserved for housekeepers responsible for taking care of the villa.

On the first floor, outside, you’ll enter a spacious terrace with a heated private swimming pool (5x3m), along with an outdoor shower and deck chairs, sitting furniture, and table and chairs. Indoors, there’s a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and bar, dining room, and living room with a fireplace, leather sofa, and TV. This level also has three modern bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and TV, and a guest toilet.

The first and second floors of the villa are connected by exterior stairs. The outdoor area on the second floor offers an outdoor barbecue, a terrace with a dining table, and stunning sea views. Inside, on the second floor, there are three modern bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and TV, along with a guest toilet in the hallway. There’s also a living room with a leather sofa and a TV, connected to the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with a bar.

This luxurious villa has a separate area reserved only for indoor wellness and for your entertainment. You will find another jacuzzi here, a sauna, and a pool table for both fun and relaxation.

Villa Bella

Villa Bella is a super-modern, high-end villa located in Puntinak Bay and 3 km from the center of the Sumartin town, on the island of Brac. This spacious five-star villa offers spectacular views and it’s just 2 m away from the sea. The villa accommodates 9 people (8+1 guests) in four luxury-designed and decorated en-suite bedrooms and provides you with full comfort and privacy.
The villa consists of the ground floor, first, and second floor. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a pool, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, several terraces, and a wine cellar.

The spacious courtyard of the villa offers rich Mediterranean greenery, a summer kitchen with a fireplace, a private swimming pool with counter-current swimming.

On the ground floor, there’s an open-concept living room, a completely equipped kitchen, a dining room, and an air-conditioned wine cellar. There’s also a laundry room and a study room located on the ground floor.

Villa Emma

Villa Emma offers a truly unique vacation for up to 11 guests in 5 luxury-designed en-suite rooms.

Only a few steps from the sea, in a peaceful and quiet area, with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, spa…this modern design villa is located only 3 km from the small, picturesque towns of Selca and Sumartin. It is also only a 35 min. drive to the largest city of the island Brac, Supetar.

Villa Emma is a three-floor house with an infinity pool, jacuzzi, spa, gym, sauna, wine room, and entertainment room. It has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 toilet and it is the ideal accommodation for larger families or groups of friends.

The grand floor offers a luxuriously decorated living room, two fully equipped kitchens, a bar, and a guest toilet. From the living room, you can enter the spa area with a gym, infrared sauna, and bathroom. There is a laundry room on this floor too.

The interiors of Villa Amelie have been filled with plenty of daylight thanks to the large windows,  rooms are enriched with sophisticated materials and details, such as Swarovski chandeliers, Persian rugs, marble flooring, famous art, and sculptures.

As you descend from the parking, you will enter an elegant foyer, the central point of a bright, open-concept space spreading over two levels and separated by a marble staircase. The office area with enchanting sea views is only a few steps from the foyer and next to it, there is a well-equipped fitness room to help you stay active during your holiday. The lower level comprises a chic living room with a 60” TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a custom-made table for 12. Villa Oasis of Peace

The villa consists of a living room and four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a terrace with an 18m2 large pool. The living room is equipped with a large comfortable sofa with plenty of cushions, a TV, a stereo system, and a coffee table. Large terrace doors, adjacent to the living room, open out to an area of the terrace with outdoor seating. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, all decorated in a modern style with white furnishings, TV, and hardwood flooring. The master bedroom boasts a charming balcony with breathtaking panoramic views that make waking up in the morning a joy. The fourth and final bedroom is a smaller single, also furnished in white. The garden and terrace are well tended with a decadent array of lush Mediterranean plants and a selection of areas to enjoy views and relax in the warm weather, including outdoor armchairs, sun loungers and a covered dining area. With the addition of beautiful surrounding islands, rich history and culture, magnificent beaches and a sea temperature of over 21 degrees Celsius, this small and peaceful settlement is the perfect location for your family vacation.

Villa Paradise

This charming villa is located directly on the sea in the Uleni Bok Bay,  4,5 km away from the center of the town Hvar. The villa is located in the area which is a private park, inhabited by mouflon, stags, hinds, and other animals.

Villa Paradise is one of only six houses located in the bay, so this property provides maximum privacy for 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. This villa is a perfect choice for larger families, or groups of friends, searching for accommodation in a calm and relaxing environment. The villa facilities are as follows: Sea level – a beautiful private waterfront built of white stone, measuring 8x8m with two bollards for boats. It is possible to anchor a boat up to 25 m. On the side, there are stairs to enter the sea for swimming. To the right is a little shallow shoreline for children. Along the waterfront is a small two-bed apartment 8m2 and bathroom 4m2 with shower and toilet. The apartment can be used for sleeping or as a magazine for toys and accessories for the beach. Above the mentioned apartment, on level 1 is a terrace with benches, cushions, and a low table. On the side are two wine coolers and a sink with running water. On the second level is a stone table with 10 chairs which is used for alfresco dining. On the left side, about 15 meters away, there is a room with a toilet, a bidet, and a washing machine. The third level comprises of two ensuite apartments with double beds, wardrobes, and commodes. On the same level is a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs,  dishwasher, and large fridge. In front of the house is a covered terrace with an outdoor bed for relaxation. On the fourth level is a large terrace (18 m x 6 m), of which 3 meters in width is covered) with external chairs and a seating bench. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor BBQ. And finally, on the fifth level, you will find a low loft double bed apartment with a bathroom, used for auxiliary staff. To get to the town center from the villa, you can choose between using a vehicle, which takes about 15 minutes, or by boat, approximately 0.5 miles.
