This luxurious modern villa is a true gem on Hvar Island. This Mediterranean-style villa overlooks the beautiful Adriatic Sea and Hvar area, and it's only a few steps from a pebble beach and a couple of minutes from the center of Town of Hvar.
The villa is located in the Town of Hvar, an ancient town with an interesting and rich history. Villa Le Grand Bleu spreads over 400m2 of living space with a property of 800m 2. The spacious villa consists of three floors, the basement ground floor, and the first floor, connected by internal stairs and will accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom, and access to the terrace. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. All rooms have a private balcony. The outdoor area is a typical Mediterranean garden and a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a grill. The pool overlooks the sea, with deck chairs around, a lounge area, parasols, and a dining area with a dining table for 10. From the terrace, there is the entrance to the ground floor of the villa. A modern, spacious open space area includes a large dining table for 10, a living area with two 2-seaters, armchairs, a three-seater, and LCD TV. The kitchen is also modern and fully equipped with a kitchen island. There is a private parking with 3 spaces for the guests. Pets are allowed on request.
The price includes:

- Private boat transfer from Spit airport to Hvar or from Hvar to Split airport (one way) during high season for guests staying 7 nights and more.

- Housekeeping (on a daily basis; light cleaning, making of beds, vacuuming and wiping floors, washing up, emptying of bins, and tidying). A thorough cleaning is undertaken every seven days

To reach the villa use taxi from the airport, then a ferry from Split to Island of Hvar (Stari Grad), and once on the island, a taxi or bus to reach the villa.
