Holiday home Marijan is located in the park forest Marijan, near the city center of Split. It lies on the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea and it is 17 centuries old, dating to the time of the Roman Emperor Diocletian. The property accommodates up to 8 guests and offers absolute privacy being surrounded by a lot of Mediterranean greenery and pine trees in particular, over a territory of 800 m². The house itself is 180m² large and has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, and a minibar. House Marijan has all the amenities for perfect relaxation - a private pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and game room with a large corner sofa where you can have a game with friends or just watch TV. The Master bedroom has a large double bed, large closet, TV, and bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom contains a large double bed, wardrobe, TV, and bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is a child's bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, from which, one more bed can pull out forward. This room has it's bathroom as well. The outdoor area has a private pool, with deck chairs, a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, and there is a dining area close by under a roof with a table for 6, but also a grill with an additional table for 8. This villa's garden gives privacy but also a homey feeling being surrounded by the large wooden fence, having a wooden swing in the back yard and Mediterranean greenery all around.

Right under the slopes of Marijan Forest Park, Marijan House has a perfect location for nature lovers and is only 10 minutes away from the Split city center, the UNESCO-protected Diocletian’s palace and the famous Riva Promenade.
