Located in Supetar, on the island of Brac, Villa Zen provides accommodation for up to 12 guests in six ensuite bedrooms. This luxury villa is situated in a little piece of heaven near Split – Island Solta. Many call it a suburb of Split, as it is only 9 nautical miles or 17 kilometers from the popular tourist destination Split and has frequent boat connections. Island Solta has so much to offer. You’ll fall in love with its turquoise oasis, pristine nature, crystal clear sea, magnificent pebble beaches, peace, and calm. Besides relaxed sunbathing, Solta offers many other activities like biking, hiking, boating and kayaking, scuba diving with an instructor, and various excursions. But Solta doesn’t stop at that – you’ll absolutely enjoy its world-famous treasures: protected extra-virgin olive oil, honey known for its therapeutic properties, or superb red wine made from indigenous island grapes. There are numerous family-run farms on the island, where you can learn the art of making oil, wine, and honey. It comprises eight coves to discover.

Villa Rachel is located in the northern part of Necujam village, just 9 miles from city of Split. Beautiful beaches on both sides of the bay and a long seafront promenade make Necujam the perfect holiday getaway. This luxury villa has a modern design, a spacious yard with a private pool, an outdoor grill all the other amenities for a perfect vacation. The villa covers 260 m2 of living space, on a total of 500 m2 of land. It consists of three floors and is an ideal accommodation for 8 guests in three bedrooms, two of which have kingsize beds and bathrooms with showers, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The courtyard has a 29 m2 large pool, sun loungers, an outdoor covered dining table and seating area, an outdoor shower, and a Dalmatian grill. The ground floor can be open to the terrace area with large sliding doors, which makes it feel like you’re just outdoors while you’re in the living room or kitchen. On the first floor are three en-suite bedrooms. Two are equipped with king-size beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with beautiful sea views. The third bedroom has two king-sized beds which can be used as single or additional beds for two people, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

There is an equipped gym in the basement of the villa for recreational activities, as well as a toilet and a room with a table and chairs.

Sibenik stretches about 100 km along the coast between popular tourist destinations  Zadar and Split, while its hinterland reaches the foot of the mountain Dinara, 45 km away. This town has been classified as one of the most desirable tourist destinations in the Mediterranean. The beautiful archipelago of the town of Sibenik consists of 242 islands, islets, cliffs, and ridges with only 10 island settlements. On the other hand, the Sibenik hinterland hides 5 rivers, 3 large and 10 smaller lakes, 5 mountains and 8 waterfalls. It’s no surprise that Sibenik has a long tourism tradition –besides the untouched nature, there are rich gastronomic offers and unique wine Babic, which is produced from the vine from the famous Primosten vineyards and represents one of the best quality wines in Croatia. Whether a peaceful or cultural vacation, Sibenik offers so much more –  just half an hour’s drive away are 2 internationally famous national parks, Krka and Kornati. The villa consists of 3 floors: basement, ground floor and first floor, connected by an elevator and an internal staircase. Villa Palazzo Heraclea

With a hint of vintage villa Palazzo Heraclea is perfectly situated just 15 15-minute’ walk from Hvar town center. It is situated in the second row of properties on the coast, directly below a cliff. With a panoramic view of the glittering Adriatic Sea and the fabulous Pakleni Islands, it offers plenty of space for up to 14 people, making it perfect for families or a group of friends seeking tranquility and relaxation.  Villa Palazzo Heraclea spreads over 450m2 of living space with a property of 2000 m2. The spacious villa consists of three floors and accommodates 14 guests in 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one located on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The size of the rooms varies from 24 to 32 m2. All beds are king-size 200×210 cm, 2 of them convertible into twin beds 100×210 cm each. The villa has an 11 x 4 meters large private pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, an outdoor grill, an outdoor gym, a sauna, a massage table a large dining table for 14, SONOS music systems for public and outdoor areas, and a seating area with the most beautiful views.  There is also a private parking for guests.
